Great information 👍 I’ve used so many hosting services after 3 years of WordPress freelancing. I’ve had good experience with SiteGround but I’ve only used it for a short time.
SiteGround is great. It worked awesome for me. However, I am currently testing a Bluehost and feel even more happy as they provide more storage space, and no iNode exceed issue as SiteGround. They have compared all the best hosts for 2020 here ua-cam.com/video/HasX7zNDpTE/v-deo.html if you are curious.
northstarsteve wish I could say the same, I’ve used them for 3 years and haven’t had the best experience. Often they would charge for a domain I no longer own and I’d contact them to get my money back. The refunds were fast but it’s an unnecessary hassle.
Thank yo so much for your work. You describe that you negotiated a discount with the hosts. When I click on siteground which I want to choose, it shows the price of $3.95, which I had seen last week too without using your link. So is there no discount or is there an even better price possible tha. $3.95?
Currently hosting providers are having their holiday/pre Black Friday sales, our links should bring you to the current deal being offered should it beat what we negotiated
If you mean hosting provider, you could take a look at our guide here: www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/whats-the-difference-between-domain-name-and-web-hosting-explained/

I also have been using Hostgator for well over 10 years. Dependable and great tech support.
