Thank you - had the same issue on my passenger side window. Used your guidance to remove panel, tapped gently around the motor with a screwdriver for about two minutes while I was testing the switch, and then suddenly - boom! Thanks kindly.
Not sure on the weekender, but on the EVC back bench seats are bolted through the floor board, which means the bolts protrude to underneath the vehicle. You'll need a wrench inside and another wrench underneath. But that might be specific for the EVC since it was finished in the U.S. by Winnebago.

what size speakers will fit in there??
I believe it's up to 6 1/2" speakers.
Why not show it as the door panel is taken off, and not in reverse order?
