Justice Theron questions are on point. She asks so she can give a fitting judgment. It's clear she does not have a judgment in mind. Her questioning of both parties is tough. I won't be surprised if she issues a different judgment from all other justices.

We really don't care about colour,but even though we don't really like most white people but some of them are very professional when it comes to doing their jobs they apply the law accordingly. She's the example of professional executors of their work.

Section 47 c said no one may be regard as convicted or sentence until the appeal sentence is determined why Zuma wasn't allow the appeal, court are court, there is nowhere that only magistrate or court other con court they can allow appeal con court no ,court are court equal why this court not applied this last section unless they can proved in the constitution book their decision
I cant refer you to the actual text but i know that to appeal means the matter is refered to a higher court than the one that anounced the judgement to appeal for. Now if the concourt is the highest court then it it not possible to appeal it's decision because there is not higher court. That is why Jacob Zuma filed for reccision of the jusdgement (imprisonment 2021) by concourt so that the matter could be taken to a lower court.
So judge's decision must not be bias please you hour last hope in protecting this country and democracy.......am sorry to say but i hopefully don't trust Zondo,....
Even if i disagree profoundly with Mpofu as a lawyer, one cannot deny that his command of the English language is absolutely outstanding. The man is extremely eloquent- which in my humble opinion is what makes many people blind to the actual holes in his arguments, to the point that many of his supporters cannot understand why he loses. The man expresses himself extremely well.
