    The usual thanks, Dylane. This has shone a lot of light on one the last "beginner" topics I was struggling to get lodged into memory. Also, your book "French Short Stories" is simply brilliant! It's exactly the kind of fun resource I needed to keep me learning French now the module has finished at university. Given my eagerness to learn this language this channel has easily been my best UA-cam discovery in the past year, thank you!!

    Fantastic video, for a difficult subject. I think (as probably do a lot of people) I struggle with understanding when to use a reflexive verb and when not to. Sometimes it makes sense, I'm "doing something to myself", example washing myself. That makes sense. But the brushing my teeth one just doesn't. It seems like I should simply be able to say "je brosse mes dents". Reflexive verbs is definitely going to take me some time.

    • @TheperfectfrenchwithDylane
      @TheperfectfrenchwithDylane  Рік тому

      It does take some time to get right, for sure! For the teeth, don't forget to never use the double possessive :)
