    Hello! I am trying the 7 day juice blend from the app that you have. I live in the US and was wondering where I can get the SBM! green powder, SBM! Berry powder and SBM protein powder?

      Unfortunately we have stopped producing supplements but I am sure you can find a good quality alternative to use. Amy@JuicyHQ

      No, do not peel the carrot. Most of the goodness is found in or just under the skin so leave on where possible ☺️ Amy@JuicyHQ

    • @juicemaster
      @juicemaster  Рік тому

      Citrus fruits is ok but if you have psorasis then you would be best to avoid fruits and vegetables in the nightshade family such as potatoes, onions, peppers, cilli, tomato Amy@JuicyHQ

    I am tempted to juice an orange with the skin on but you say not to...but you do juice lemons WITH the skin on!?!! Why..why not?!

      Where possible you want to leave the skin on your fruits and veg as most of the 'goodness' is found either in the skin or directly underneath it in the pith. However, some fruits such as oranges and grapefruits have a very bitter tasting skin that you would need to remove or the juice would not taste good. This is not the case for lemon skin though :-) Amy@JuicyHQ

      @@juicemaster thanks for the reply. I think I might experiment by separating the skin and putting it in with something that is really really sweet...like conference pears, and or pineapple!? Will see,
      Thanks.
