Completely tangential, but who has the eye and hand of vecna? Agents of the Dawnfather? Cause it's seeming like the Dawnfather is probably going to feature heavily in the rest of campaign 3. I wonder if Delilah Briarwood might at some point obtain the eye and/or hand through Laudna

From what I remember, Archon the Dragonborn paladin of Tiamat has the hand because he got it right before Vecna was banished at the end of C1
