HOW MANY CUBES ARE ON THE TRAILER?

I saw a lot of these post, hard to tell who made it first, but basically you have 17 cubes visible on the side, 9 on the back and 21 on the top and you need to figure out all the answers. The author of this riddle probably expected a simple 51, but no. It's a lot more complicated.

"Between 21 and 51, no way of knowing exactly how much" is one answer, not many. "Not enough information" is a correct answer, it's simply better when you add a range. But saying 21 and 51 are both correct answers is wrong. Your task is to find the number of cubes in the trailer, not a possible configuration of how many there could be.
If I asked you how many guns I have in my pocket, and you can see 1 sticking out, you wouldn't answer "12 million", you would answer "at least one, no way to know for sure"
In my opinion the correct answer is 35-51 because gravity is a thing

@@parcton9716 the question being asked is how many cubes there are, not just blocks, if it was blocks, it would be between 21 and 51, but cubes can also include 2X2X2's and 3X3X3's, which there are 2 3X3X3's and 16 2X2X2's which makes 69 at very most
im thinking at it like one of those 'how many triangles are in this image' puzzles which the number is usually larger than just counting all individual triangles

This is an argument that at first might seem correct, but the question asks how many cubes there are on the trailer. This means they give you the exact units - cubes. building a 2x2 cube and considering it one cube while also counting it as 4 cubes is just mathematically incorrect and physically stupid.
