The method I show here is one of the best ways to open your heart to love for yourself and everything around you. It has been one of the most powerful and best things I have ever done. You start to think and feel much more positive and optimistic.
I got highly inspired by Michael Singer in his book the Unthetered Soul. Here he explains that if you want to have infinite energy you should always keep your heart open. In this way universal energy can flow into you and provide you with new energy. After doing this for half a year I have more energy then I have felt in the last ten year.
By doing this you will also heal your heart chakra. What I saw in the last six months is that every time you do it, more layers and energy that block it from opening fall away and you start to live much more in the present moment.
You also can hear the voice of you heart better and better. It can give you very clear guidance in life and bring more love to yourself and others.

Thanks for the loving comment and I mostly focus on my physical heart, I sometimes include the heart chakra, but what I see is that it works for me the best to focus on the physical heart ❤️
