At times, most of us will face struggles at work. We want things to be different. Or we're afraid of losing what we have.
What would happen if we brought acceptance, respect, and gratitude to those "undesirable" moments? In this episode excerpt, we learn how this shift helps us to be more successful and fulfilled-at work and beyond.

Today I came to realize a peace beyond words or understanding as I was able to feel that I was every other person and was whole . One with my environment. I was just happy to be in line at a store , no rush just pure love and an observation of the movement of my internal state as well as a connection to the world in its entirety

Yes. I have such gratitude for those moments of transcendent Peace. In the Stillness, my name disappears and I feel connected to everything, connected to a vastness, infinity. At the same time it is a very intimate, as I hear every bird singing and see every leaf dancing in the wind and feel that love is everywhere and I am one with everything.

I do really understand the absurdity of being upset over a sports game. But I still struggle with applying your teaching to really serious life situations. I understand the principles but would like some more help on dealing with the really tough parts of life. Not the weather, seeing a snake, or having a bad game. I need help understanding how to stay centered when my child is in danger, when your marriage is ending, when really big life events come around. Please do more videos on the big stuff to help us pull this all together.

I believe we're here in this reality to experience its incredible "interestingness," to bring our own creativity through the smallest (and biggest) acts, and to learn to love others (especially the ones we think are jerks). Michael Singer does a great job expressing this here. 🙌🙏

Wendy...i love the golf story. We have to face and accept where we are in order to get back on the green , humbling and respectful of life. There is nuch power in Singer's words. I am thankful to him for teachings to Love my life and its challenges......Relax and release from where I noticed from ....travelling with a lighter backpack.

3:30 golf analogy, turn what you may initially see as a negative into a positive. Seeing it as anything negative actually detracts. It takes you away from the positive and away from the chance to learn and also to create enjoyment from the challenge and the chance to overcome.
