Depression is real. My family has gone through it. But many have overcome it, to become stronger than before. Always been a fan yours Sergio. Continue to overcome. Remember, many have failed before they became great. Ronnie Coleman wasn't always on top, as with many other champions. Keep pushing. Look at what your dad has gone through, his contest losses, all the racism he had to overcome, even when he was the best, and he is now a legend among legends. Can't wait to see you back on stage!! Show these guys how to do it!!!

1. Overcoming emotional pain is one of the hardest things to overcome. Specially if it hurdles into depression.
2 Refocused using his old pain as fuel to rocket himself higher and further than before

I personally feel that the decision to award Clarida that victory over two bodybuilders who out-weighed him by 100 pounds each was the greatest travesty ever committed in the sport of bodybuilding. Shaun's body is riddled with flaws that his extreme conditioning only further emphasised. It seemed that the judges completely ignored every other judging criterion . . size, shape, proportions, symmetry, etc, and focused solely on what is now called conditioning. The sooner that fad dies a natural death, the better the sport of bodybuilding will become. Consider this: Chris Bumstead won the Arnold Classic with a torn bicep that totally ruined his symmetry, yet the judges didn't seem to notice that. They were too concerned with his mid-section's conditioning. Hadi Choopin won the Olympia, for goodness sake, with a physique really lacking in symmetry, shape, and proportions, but he won on conditioning alone. This madness must stop!!

His dad blessed him with genetics for insanely thick muscles. Dude looks like the hulk from comics, the thickness of his muscles is on par with him for sure. Dudes arms are like tree trunks, his calves are like coconuts. It takes hard work, but man was he blessed with his dads arms and upper body

Im going through a divorce. My ex wife took my son and all of my savings. Im a, trying to stsy stong and get back into the gym but im struggling.
There's other ways one can do to killl themselves. By taking large amounts of anabolics.......It's no different. Sergio is a nice guy, but his emotional state will not be good in the long run. He better get help or else it's not gonna look good for him down the road.
