A team that has Jaden McDaniels who will guard Jamal Murray really well especially with his injury as well as the nuggets bench is not good at all, the Timberwolves have a good bench unlike the lakers. But at the end of the day I would probably pick the nuggets in 7.

Wolves have Rudy down near the paint too. If KAT was always down there it would get pretty clogged up for Ant.
Exactly. KAT should be shooting more threes, not less. It opens up Ant drives, amd it frees their entire offense, really. Yes, he should mix it up and take advantage of mismatches down low ( don't think AG is one, though), but he doesn't need to live down low. With Rudy, their spacing is mucked up if KATs hanging out down their.
It's nonsensical. But Chuck amd Shaq love ignoring the obvious to stay in their old-school mindset. It's frustrating because I like Chuck, but he just doesn't understand KATs game and what is best for the Wolves.

Wolves suffocating defense is like torture. You could see them crush the Sun’s will to play throughout each game. Jokic will want to go home to his horses by the end of game 3.
Wolves have way more shooters than Lakers. Plus the size and defense matches Denver. Gobert can challenge Joker. Edwards can guard Murray and they have Mcdaniels to guard KCP

Porter Jr. will be the X-Factor in this series for the Nuggets offensively & defensively. The Timberwolves are a great match-up personnel-wise & Ant is currently playing out of his mind. This will be a great series.

Yeah, I think Nuggets are a bit terrified although they'd never admit it. Connelly built that team and knows its weaknesses. Itll be a great series for sure. Im assuming McDaniels guards Murray and Gordon will be on KAT. I think KCP will be on Ant but they will double the hell out of him. If Nuggets win it will be because of their ball movement. MNs D can be cracked but you really have to move the ball quick to do so.

Best series this year
I remember Jamal Murray's duel with Spida back in 2020. This series may have a couple of games with Jamal and Ant trading 40 and 50 pieces. But I'm with the Wolves this time. They have more bigs that can help one another contain Joker. I know they have been planning this for over a year since the Wolves are aware they will eventually have to get through the Nuggets to reach their goals. I just hope whoever comes out of this series will have their core team intact for the WCF.

I see Murray outplaying Towns in terms of a second option. Edwards is a great scorer, but Jokic is so much more efficient offensively and is a way better playmaker.
My only concern is the defensive difference. Nuggets as a team can be inconsistent shooting like they are now so it’s a lot of question marks for both teams.

Yup as a wolves fan, nuggets definitely have us beat offensively. But I think we have them best defensively so it’ll be a tight battle. I have us winning because we have more versatile pieces on the bench.

I am so mad. For the wolves to play at 6 PM in game 1, 4 games needed to play out perfectly. Any other combo and the Wolves play at 8;30. The Knicks and Pacers had to both lose on Tuesday and both win on Thursday, and Josh Hart had to miss game winning free throws on Tuesday while making a game winning 3 on Thursday. The chances of all of this happening are almost 0. And yet, the Timberwolves play at 6 pm, the one time of day where I wont be at home to watch and will only be able to listen. Incredible. But whether I can watch or not, LETS GO WOLVES!!!!!

Gon give the slight edge to the Nuggs as they will have the best player in the series but man I'm genuinely concerned about their lack of depth. Losing brown and green really hurt their rotation and their squad right now is 100% worse than what they had last year.
The Wolves on the other hand are legit this season - best defense in the league, a rising star in Ant, a significantly deeper bench. They will also have insane momentum coming off a sweep on the dysfunctional Suns.
I see this series going 6-7 games, with the winner eventually winning the championship as well.
As a Minnesotan, who slips and falls down on ice probably half a dozen times a year, and that's just kind of the norm here... it always feels kind of like a low blow to pick on people for falling down. Also, falling down tip! Just roll with it! The key isn't, not falling down. It's rolling when you fall, so you can get back up! My dad, 72, rolls when he falls.
