Thank you, Leila. I was not aware that you could sort a data set by selecting sort on a cell within an unselected data set so that your data records stay together and not sort one column in isolation of the other columns in the data set (which is a nightmare!). Thanks again. Keep up the great work.
More often than sorting by anything other than sorting by values, I sort left to right. This helps a lot when the data is retrieved in a different column order than the workbook where I am working has.
Sorting by color - this is what I need but didn't know that it exists. Thank you! I will impress my boss next week, when checking our datas (only the red once need a closer look).

All it takes is to forget that once and you'll never forget it again in the future.. haha!! I have not used Custom Sort or Custom List much.. but can see by your examples what I have been missing. Very useful video. I recommend ALT+D+S key board short cut for sorting as its quick. Further excel has one more very excellent feature of sorting from left to right or right to left (horizontal sort / column sort); which I myself started using very recently due to some specific business needs. And believe me, it has saved me lots of efforts. Thanks Leila for upload :) Cheers..
