- A Ukrainian missile hit an apartment block inside Russia, the Kremlin said as cross-border attacks intensified.
Footage showed a large section of the 10-storey block in Bolgorod, which has been under Ukrainian attack for months, hit by a projectile and later collapsing.
At least seven people were killed and more than a dozen injured, Moscow claimed. The Telegraph could not immediately able to verify the Russian claims.

Special building operation
The Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday that the Russian air defense systems shot down two Tochka-U short-range ballistic missiles over its Belgorod region.
In addition, it destroyed six drones targeting the Bryansk, Lipetsk and Volgograd regions. One drone started a fire at the Volgograd oil refinery but no casualties were reported.
There is no way "Ukrainian Tochka-U" could hit the North-Eastern side of the building. It is either Russian guided bomb or Russian SAM.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense for 2021 (see Wikipedia), Ukraine did not have a single Tochka-U ballistic missile system. Russian experts wrote that all the missiles were sold for scrap metal, and the money was spent by Zelensky on drugs.

The block is hit from north to south so it can NOT be Ukraine because Ukraine shoots from south. One can check the location of the block from this coordinate and compare the blue building next to the block to ensure this is the same place 50°33'27.2"N 36°34'44.3"E
The exact coordinates of the hit are 50.557171, 36.579235, the direct line is Kharkov, so stop writing this nonsense.

A missle strike is fast..... only with a big distance a clip with 50pps can record it. This distance is to smal. Follow-up examinations may reveal a credible cause.

It could have come in very low from the North East but that’s from inside Russia . It could also be a bomb inside the building as it was a very large explosion , too big to be a domestic gas explosion . My best guess is that it was either a FSB false flag attack (they have history of doing that) or a big glide bomb that went wrong ….

For me, we need to reserve judgement until we have all the facts, as we know Ukraine does not target civilians generally, and does it's best to avoid them.
Unfortunately, sometimes when incoming Ukraine munitions are shot down they go off target and this can be the result, and I feel for the innocent people caught up in this.
It is also possible they targeted off duty personal or could it be a false flag operation?
