    Also because I am Scottish, it's great to see some Japanese history that's connected with Scotland. I feel very proud. :)

    Ha! I was there a couple days ago! I was at the epicenter of the bomb, the peace statue and the museum.

    Biwa is called loquat in English. You can see loquat trees all over the citrus growing areas of Florida, but nearly no one knows you can eat them.

    It's so sad but uplifting to see Hiroshima today. I love how Japan and Western countries have healed our divides and we have so much sharing of culture. It was an absolute tragedy that the Atomic bombs had been used in the first place though.
    By the way I want to learn Japanese in a school setting for a couple years sometime in 2017-18. Is there any schools you can recommend?
