These fireworks are now reduced into almost nothing now. Before 2016, it was 1000x glorious in terms of loudness. Single dynamite shells weighed more than 80 kg, 100 kg and above, and there would be hundreds of them. The sheer powder 🔥💥 of sound and shockwaves 💥 which is surprisingly not irritating-it's soothing, loud, deep bass and a shockwave that feels like an ocean wave gone through your body. You can feel all of your organs, blood, veins, bones, etc. You get a 3D scan of your body. When the fireworks are at their peak, you will lose all your ego and surrender to their supremacy 💥💥. You feel tiny and minuscule in front of the sheer power of sound and light. The scale of loudness and the shockwaves is unreal. After the fireworks, you feel reborn and filled with all the energy you witnessed. You leave that place as a happy man. But sadly, now those types of fireworks are banned. Now those are memories. I still get goosebumps 🔥🔥🔥 when I think of the real fireworks.
Bro we couldn’t of explained this better ourselves, even witnessing it in 2024 we still felt the same feelings as you described - that comment deserves a pin wish we got to witness it in its full force and glory 🫶🏼
@@UnstukI am happy for you guys 😊👍💥🔥.even majority of people from Kerala never experienced this spectacle,😂 I was there too on the same ground.now they are only using 4 to 6 inch diameter shells weight up to 1 or 2 kg To put it in perspective, the banned shells are the size of a big gym ball or even bigger. Two people carry an average single shell, and the bigger shells need 4 to 6 people to carry each single shell. Pregnant women were not allowed near this type of firework. These dynamite shells were natively called "GHARBHAM KALAKKI," which can be directly translated to "pregnancy terminator." This is true; it can cause miscarriage. Apart from that, the blast sound is deep bass at its loudest. It doesn't feel like a fist punch to the chest; instead, it feels more like a CPR chest compression using a pillow. You can see the speed of sound through the shockwave when it kicks up dust. It gets scary loud, making you wonder if your body is even capable of taking this. No mic is capable of picking it up, and no speakers are capable of reproducing it. I also wish to see it in its full glory💥👍 Glad you came here and pick up the vibe All the best for you guys👍
Was this one more sacrifice of Hindu rituals at the altar of Christian, Muslim, Commie and Secular antagonism, and a governmrnt with the backbone of a worm?
I always thought that punjabi people are the most loudest people and gets wild in festivals but my god Keralites are at the top of the list for sure😂😂😂
Home town - This is the largest fireworks display in Kerala, seems the video above does not show the main event, which will occur in the early hours of next day. The footage above captures sample displays held in the evening
Home Town! ❤ It's very nice of you to see Kerala other than Just Kochi. Most vloggers visit Kochi and go back. You will see a different landscape across Kerala which most people miss.
Thrissur Pooram held the title for World's largest Pyrotechnic Art Display for Fireworks light, designs and sound till last decade. Now due to the urbanization and increase of high rise buildings, immigration of non-natives who hate these activities and medical complications there are too many restrictions. So the sound is reduced and limited to certain decibels. But you can view this on the terrace floor of the High Rise buildings and enjoy. Please experience Thrissur Pooram once again next year with VIP access. Plan accordingly, get passes from District Administration. Sorry for the unfortunate situation that happened this year. Do respond for any further information or assistance. Thank You.
Seeing the fireworks through your videos, I as a malayali feel very proud and happy 😊... not able to be there, as staying in GCC country as a part of work... Missing my place, Says as " Gods own country" My Beautiful Kerala 🥹
I believe i have watched all of your youtube videos until now and I really like the way you explore kerala culture and learn it. Just one suggestion, I think your camera is too shaky most of the times but sometimes when you used you phone it was really good without any shaking 👍
will you guys be around during onam? onam is a harvest festival where people donne a traditional attire, have the onam sadhya, lots of music, dance and games.
The soumd and the visual beauty was much much bigger , government and courts have put some restrictions on sound, and use of some chemicals in fireworks. This chemicals made it more beautiful but ,it is dangerous for nature .....
I am originally from Palakkad (city centre) and knew about it but haven't visited fearing the crowd and messy atmosphere. This is the only time I have "watched" Nemmara Vallangi Vela" and enjoyed.
I am from Kerala and I love festivals but it always breaks my heart when I see these kind of fireworks , the pollution thats caused and pooram with poor elephants standing whole night with that loud noise . Those are traditional things but I personally feel it’s high time we think about nature . Atleast the youngsters should give it a thought. There are a hundred other ways to celebrate. Every year when there is festivals my dogs get affected . After these kind of fireworks their ears get infected , I have even lost 3 of my dogs due to heart attacks. I just couldn’t take it and my heart aches watching this video. 😢
They intentionally delayed the biggest firework in the world with their police, demonstrating their intentions for the people of Thrissur. The BJP has opened an account in Kerala for the first time because the people there were unforgiving and voted accordingly. #thrissurpooram #pooram #thrissur
