Two things about this episode you can understand 1. nore had to get away from certain people in order to go far, 2. Some people will never change!
YEAH TRAGEDY IS A HUGE HATER
Absolutely agree!!!!
My man tragedy is so but hurt "know what I'm sayin" for the 155th time
nah thats cap. trag helped put these brothers on, respectfully. in turn they have reconciled and invited trag on numerous episodes, rightfully so. let's not write some false narrative to push some sort of separatism-these guys all helped each other out.
after watching it again I feel like a lot of these dudes say certain things just to get a reaction out of trag. they all know each other for years..

They need another interview with just Capone.

Drink champs just unlocked a new bag, imagine more episodes like this with some other great hip hop albums ? Reasonable doubt, it’s dark and hell is hot, illmatic, Amerikkk, this could be a new wave to interview everyone apart of those albums at once salute the drink champs keep this going
Deffo. Love hearing how these guys put albums together. Damn am i getting old.

BROO BIG FACTS!!!!
MESSAGE!!!
It still seems like Nore and Tragedy still have a lot of unresolved issues. Still love that they can come together and have an entertaining and peaceful conversation .
I see that to🧐
Tragedy is worse than Nore at this. From the tip of it you could see he is hurt over something. I hope he gets some healing, 15 dudes around the table and he spoke over everyone on every issue. I understand how important you are to the story but the group is CNN
Also EFN’s knowledge of hip hop history is consistently underrated and overshadowed
Facts EFN the real deal. He was really grassroots with this hip hop culture shit lol
Fact he talk & he Boolean CCN like they on the block ..
Trag brings that bad energy. Especially when he drinks. I caught that from the last show he was on. Nore aint bout that street shit no more. Trag still on that. I got a cousin thts the same way. Love him to death but he will bring that bad energy when the drinks are flowin.
He’s a very jealousy hateful individual every time I here him talk I get the same vibes

Trag and NORE banter, you can tell it’s a big bro lil bro energy. But lil bro blew up. Big bro is a legend but lil bro took the knowledge and became a Superstar.
the best way to put it out of all the comments I seen 🎯💯
Well said.
Very well articulated. I feel the same way. He feels he should be near NORE level.
Tragedy like the big cousin that used to bully you and every time he sees you as a man he wants to remind you.
Wow! You just brought back some Maad childhood memories lololol my big cuzzy wld fight me and his lil bros....... until we got bigga and cld clap back....! But he was proud when we cld! Then the play fights stopped
I was 13yrs old when this MASTERPIECE CAME OUT and now I’m 38. This shit still relevant today. Now that’s LEGENDARY 💯💯🎯🎯

I would love to see Stretch & Bobbito on here, they definitely earned their spot in hip hop history. Also would love to see Graffiti artists and B-Boys on here like Crazy Legs, Kid Freeze, B.G183, Tats Cru and all others and really represent HIP HOP CULTURE! 🙌🏼
Stretch and Bobbito did some really good interviews that are worth checking out, on Kweli's People's Party, Juan Epstein Podcast, and on 247HH. I was actually hoping that Stretch would be in this interview, or at least talked about much more. He played a pretty substantial role in The War Report. The original vinyl singles were pressed because Stretch put up the money for it that he borrowed from his parents. Tragedy use to have Thanksgiving dinner at Stretch's family's house.
EFN would have to be the driver in that interview. Nore's hip hop history not that crisp
That’s a fact 89 tech 9

This is the rawest interview I ever heard, you can hear passion, regret, brotherhood, love, hate. Only thing I didn’t hear anyone say is I forgive you for what “I” think “you” did to hurt what we had going. Amazing interview overall. And I’ll buy War report 3 lol
Seems like everyone matured except for Tragedy this interview showed me that some things never change and some people are better off left in the past
I was 21 when the war report dropped. Hearing Capone talk brought tears to my eyes. Great show. #HeavyweightApproved

Busta really got at Tragedy respectfully and sober af about bringing that old bs to people (nore) who know better now...
N.O.R.E wasn't Lyrical but he knew how to make songs. Capone was Lyrical but couldn't make songs. That's why they worked so good together
Tragedy reeeaallyyyy annoyed me during this interview 😒. I can tell NORE is in a secure and mature place where he didn't entertain the bullshit because he could've.

I was one of the only people in high school that new the lyrics to "War Report" word for word. I still remember the day I bought it. "War report, cut your life short, Beirut niggas ain't ready for bloodsport. Yo we masked up, pointing the heat, duck taping her. Gag her mouth so she can't scream start......." That line let me know that CNN was the absolute realest group ever. Tragedy reminds me of the Rza in terms of his under appreciated lyrics and ability to rhyme. Capone was what alot of us felt Nas should have been, and Nore..... Well, we already know.
YOU'RE YOUR WORST ENEMY TRAGEDY
Totally disagree with Tragedy on Biggie not being vulnerable. He put that work on "everyday struggle" and "suicidal" thoughts" to perfection.
Busta......Busta came through and dropped all types of gems. Follow the recent narratives. These men have grown and matured and finally evolved to the point where they understand the power of LOVE!!!

I loved how Busta Broke it down
I would pay to make tragedy stop talking , made this whole interview awkward & unnecessarily tense.
Capone speech abt his mom passing b4 he served time n his daughter graduating college shows Gods glory in his life 😢. Busta dropped gems; and Tragedy wears his heart on his sleeves and like he said everyone knows where he stands as opposed to someone who while hide their hand. He is official and sometimes those emotions may not be understood but I am sure war report would have not came out n everyone would b in different spaces in life if he didn’t have such deep rooted feelings/emotions
Trag helped get CNN on in a major way. People that call Trag a hater don't know what they're talking about. He's a genuine individual and doesn't be on here cappin like some guests have in the past.

10 things to quit for all Strong Men:
1. Caring about what others think
2. Not believing in yourself
3. Not experimenting different ideas / solutions for problems (life&business)
4. Not prioritizing your health
5. Wasting your precious time
6. Wanting something (instead write a plan and work towards it)
7. Chasing meaningless relationships
8. Wasting or draining your energy from beating your meat 🥩
9. Wasting time by scrolling social media
10. Nailbiting/nailpicking habit for good (if you do it - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!)
Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list.
Great stuff!
Yes ALL of those are great descriptions &, can ALL be summed up bye ONE common demoninator = *"Dissolving the EGO"!!!* The EGO is also called the "FALSE Self" or "Shadow Self" ALL of one's issues in life come from YOU (our self) but, the EGO Reflects & Deflects EVERYthing as it is OTHERS or something being done ONTO us RATHER THAN seeing the connection that ALL external is tethered to us Internally like an Infinite WEB!
This is why our Relationships show us ourSELves soo WELL &, the CLOSER the relationship the more difficult it can be when NOT understanding the True Self. This can get soo Extreme to where people even contemplate murdering/killing their spouse (Or even parents or children... when one really LOSE's their mind) and its ALL an inability to DEAL with the Factitious Self (Ego)

Prime example of everyone can’t go where you’re headed. Tragedy is definitely his name. You can tell Nore is happy where he’s at in life. Tragedy thinks that Nore is putting a stain on his name. When it’s Tragedy that’s doing it to himself. He’s like 50 years old & still can’t have adult convos. He’s still 23 years old.
In his 2nd childhood
He trying to hard to stay hard you can tell he still got mad tension inside him.
in that same vain, you should still keep the love for the ones you started with, and always keep the love for your family.

I respect the way Nore use his platform (which is borderline mainstream) to give people their flowers. Tragedy is a pillar in NY hip hop, but could have potentially been forgotten about or overlooked. I love when he is on these episodes. 👌🏽

Tragedy getting all emotional was probably his downfall. He comes off like if he’s still NORE manager and that he runs the show. He’s all loud and trying to dominate the conversation made this CNN anniversary special a little awkward. It’s not a good look when you’re middle aged and can’t have a conversation without being all insecure and emotional. Tragedy definitely resents something about N.O. and my personal opinion is that he just can’t believe how big N.O. got WITHOUT him. This episode got cringy at times because of Tragedy mishearing or misunderstanding what’s said. Congrats CNN on 25 years and here’s to 25 more 🍻
