Bro, in certain circles, Yelawolf has been the greatest of all time for a while. For Southern hiphop, there’s no lane he ain’t rode in. He dropped “Sometimes Y” and it was one of the best southern rock albums of this century.
I wouldn't say best, but he's by FAR the most underrated. It's crazy to me how low people rate his verse. His flow and impact is unique af, the Tupac bar is crazy, and his will to carve his own path is admirable.
I always knew of him since he blew up. I liked a couple songs but never sat down to look up his music and listen. So many artists. I try to listen to everyone. It's time consuming. But I'll get to him. He's dope and I gained respect so far..not even done watching.
