Villa Aqua is a 4-bedroom vacation rental located in Indigo Bay, Sint Maarten. This house sits on the edge of the cliff and offers absolutely epic ocean views with a high level of privacy.
Indigo Bay is a newly developed region of St. Maarten between Simpson Bay and Philipsburg. Built on a downslide, this area has one beautiful beach with a moderately high-end restaurant and now features many newly built condos.
While the area may look populated, villa Aqua will feel quite private. The house is built just far enough away from the main region and has wide open space on each side of it. This provides the ability to feel truly alone without needing to be away from the action.
The house is built with 2 bedrooms on each floor. Each bedroom features a bed and ensuite bathroom. While some bedrooms have a few added benefits, for the most part, each room is equal which makes booking with friends even easier. The bottom two rooms feature an outdoor shower and seating area, while the upstairs bedrooms have balconies with stunning views.
The kitchen and living area are two in one which makes the space feel extremely large and open. The doors out to the pool completely open up making the house feel like you're outside even when you're inside.
The living room is equipped with modern couches and a large HD tv with Apple TV and a powerful Samsung sound bar that, when turned up, can fill the entire house with your favorite tunes.
The pool is just the right size for cooling off with the number of people allowed in the home (8). The pool features underwater seating which faces the ocean and the steps into it make for an easy entrance. There's also a gazebo which is perfect for shaded happy hours.
