Hi both, love your videos they are super helpful. We are moving to Perth from the Uk next year, can you recommend an area to live for us, we have a budget around 1.4million, no ties to any area, but often told NOR is better. Would like to be by the beach and also near a shopping/restaurant area, near places we can go to socialise. Any suggestions on areas to look?

There are several areas that would suit you. Scarborough would be in your budget and it also has a great restaurant area along the beach and is close to shopping. In the northern suburbs anywhere from Scarborough to Quinns Rocks would suit your budget and what you're looking for.
