    Honestly she is the one who has helped me loose weight off and make me feel confident , right now i have been going through a lot of insecurities and baggy clothes are there to rescue but i hope as soon as possible i will have the body i always dreamed of just because of her LOTS OF LOVE

    guyz I am going to start this workout from today (due to lack of time cannot do 2 sets for exercises she has mentioned so lets see)
    Day 1 - completely done
    Day 2 - I am feeling like I am finished duh but .. I had done it
    Day 3 - done guyz
    Day 4 - successfully done (the pain after workout is same as day 1)
    sorry guyz was unable to tell you because of severe leg injury

      When it says 20-25 reps x2 does it mean do it twice or just for the 40secobds??? Also how long does it take to show results?

      It’s eating me uppppp. I haven’t worked out in so long these 10 mins kill but I figure after 10 days it won’t as much and I’ll be able to add in a new video and up the burn a notch lol.

    I just came across this and so happy I did! I hurt my back so am limited to what I can do but since all of these are on the floor and I get to keep my back straight it’s perfect! I’m not a fan of those an workouts with complex moves these are simple but back to back you really feel the burn it’s awesome! 🎉

    Before i say what I say, I want to say that I love your channel and know you have the best intentions at heart with the readings you do. It is not a personal critic at all, i don't mean nothing bad but I feel the need to say how sadly tarot readings have hurt my relationship. Because a lot of things are true in the reading and there's always something we can relate to our situation, it becomes hard to differentiate what's true and what's not for our situation. Especially, when the reader talks about the partners feeling or intention. It came out that i believed a lot of things that were not true at all from my partner and it hurted me a lot. It has brought me so much pain and stress, and it has brought a lot of pain to my relationship and emotional distance. It hurted me and my relation a lot. I don't mean anything bad, but more to share this so that maybe some people that read my message can avoid this. I wish the best to all of you, and I know you mean well with the readings you do for all of us. You have been my favorite tarot reader for many years. I hope there's no bad feeling about the message I write. But it is truly this way for me.

    hola,estoy buscando la rutina ideal para mi addomen, asi qué voy a comentar una conclusión al final de cada vídeo
    -no me quedó doliendo. al día siguiente
    -fue fácil pero sufrí
    -no tiene planchas laterales así que no trabaja oblicuos y eso es bueno

      I sometimes feel this way too, it means your body is either dehydrated or too tired. Take sure to take breaks and drink lots of water!🙃

    Hi, if we want to get flat belly how many days in a week we need to work out. Can we include buttock exercises with belly exercises to improve the butt size.thanks

      You can train all glute muscles in a week, just make sure to give muscles rest like training glutes 3 days a week. You can also combine routines working different muscles like and and glutes

      It is normal so you should rest your head down but with time you will get used and don’t that much neck strain
