I had done it Day 3 - done guyz Day 4 - successfully done (the pain after workout is same as day 1) sorry guyz was unable to tell you because of severe leg injury

I’m not a fan of those an workouts with complex moves these are simple but back to back you really feel the burn it’s awesome! 🎉

You can train all glute muscles in a week, just make sure to give muscles rest like training glutes 3 days a week. You can also combine routines working different muscles like and and glutes
