I’m playing this song softly to my old faithful cat who is going to be put down soon. It’s sad but comforting in a way. He’s had a good life and this song reminds me of all the good times we’ve shared.
Dinner is on the stove, I'm sitting in my armchair, reading a book, and listening to this, all after tidying up in my little hideout =) This song help you appriciate the blessings of just having a nice and cozy home.
Fun fact, I moved around a lot as a kid but I adored this game. It came to be that I associated this song very strongly with "home" now whenever I move to a new place I walk around listening to this song and it becomes home to me.
I hope that one day, someone makes a game just like this, but adds a bit more to it... I like this game and all, but it felt like there was a lot missing from it, such as: -More buildings to flesh out each area -More scenery objects -Expanded areas (Let's face it Queens was the worst culprit of lazy design, so much space between buildings and the walls) -Easier access to Back-Floors These are just some things to note that I feel were lacking in the game. All-in-all it is a really great game, mixing RPG elements with world construction, even a bit of Sim mixed in here and there. We really need more games like this. ^v^ (As well as some other types of games)
+ultris07 I whole heartily agree! Just sad this kind of game isn't what sells right now, it's all shooters and MMO's from all the big companies, let's hope we get an indie somewherwe who is willing to try out something like this.
I have made a piano version of the soundtrack of this video game legend. It's the least it deserves! If you love the piano and you played Dark Cloud as a kid, you'll feel the same nostalgia I felt playing it.
@@jacksonreichle4777 Yeah I like it I played the 2nd Dark cloud first and finished it so I'm playing this one now and I didn't play it back in the day and yeah its a bit hard.
Oh my god. This is just amazing. It brings me back soooo much. I remember going to the store place and selling and buying stuff to this music. It really makes me feel good, no lie. Its amazing just what a silly song can mean.
God, I've forgotten just how calming this music is. Because I only listened to it while playing the game - and I'm a little "aggressive" while playing games, I didn't let myself appreciate enough. Yeah, I need to download this. Is it just me or does this one particular part of the music from "Myths of the world: love beyond" sound like part of the "Dark Cloud" background music? I've been having trouble finding the movement, could one of you help me? Thanks. ua-cam.com/video/rwZ6xUTuY-o/v-deo.html

I wish I'd could walk in a strangers home to hear the sound of this. Brings back memories.
you totally can :D just go in there with a minispeaker and play it blaring xD
You'd never leave if that was the case. Neither would I.
Man, this brings back so much memories TwT Need to play this game again ^.^
