I'm glad Andy's home. Now it's Leonard Pettier 50 year's for something he did not do. 1971 Wonder Knee killing. Mother Teresa and Desmond Tutu tried to get Leonard out. Please help them.
Just because he didn't commit the crime doesn't mean that he wouldn't have committed another crime if he wasn't convicted. Also, the prosecutors & law enforcement put a lot of time & money putting a potential future felon in prison. How dare Andy Stump bring these people on his show to disparrage the detectives, prosecutors and the justice system. He was a Navy Seal. They are supposed to fight for the rich and powerful, not call their honor into question. The happiness and financial welfare of those who works in the justice system is worth more than a million innocent little people's lives.
What frequently turns out with these "wrongfully convicted" cases is the "wrongfully convicted" person didn't commit THAT crime, but they committed tons of other equal or worse crimes they didn't get caught or fully convicted for.
The government has ALL the resources. They don't get to play that game. You catch them for what you can prove they did or you let them go. That statement you made is how prosecutors and detectives sleep at night when they know they screwed someone over on a case.
He's institutionalized and it said with this prison system took away from this man no amount of money can repay what this man went through
This poor man. He's never getting that time back. 32 fucking years. It legit is almost making me cry, I feel so bad for him.
And people ask why I’m against the death penalty in most cases
Has nothing to do with the death penalty
Our justice system is so fu***
So sorry!🙏🏻
