Mam after vajraasana i feeling a little heavines and a little sleepy i think it is soo as i closed my eyes during shashank asan...

First, please consult a doctor for thw chest pain. It coudk be due to any sudden impact or muscle spasm, the doctor would help you with that. Once you have umproved you can start with gentle yoga practice. Let me know. Thanks.

Ma'am mera bohot fat hae loose kase karae?
Focus on good healthy, timely diet. Daily walk, and yoga practice and positive thoughts.
Keep good health and strong, positive mind as priority and don't get obsessed with the thought of losing weight.
Mam Mera ek nostril always close rehta hai..aur subhe uthke nausea hota h daily..karu karna chaiye mam.. doctor dikhaya tha magar kuch hua nehi
For nausea, plz practice deep breathing esp exhalations and see if you feel better in the morn.
See that your digestion is fine and you are well hydrated throughout the day with small sip of waters.
For block nostril do some warm up, suryanamaskar, stay a bit longer in Bhujangasa and see if things improved. Thanks.

Mam, in next session please tell us something on these issues: 1)Acute anxiety 2) Palpitations 3)What is valsava maneuver?How to perform it? 4)Sleeplessness
Namaste, we cover all the points (excluding point 3.) In our all sessions. Shall discuss them again. However, for Valsalva maneuver, its lil irrelevant for us at the moment. There are hundreds of techniques given by the experts but its important for us to chose a few and master them to get best of their effects. :)
