You are the best teacher regardless the DAW.

Mike I thought your latency on the mic was from the studio monitor being on. Grant that would typical make that loud high pitch hum if they are up too loud. Iguess your issue is because of your Interface. I use direct monitoring with my focusrite

Latency is coming from your pc not having enough ram

In process of learning S1 as my "fallback" daw being that Cakewalk has been a bit bipolar for years now. I've been a Cakewalk/Sonar user since 1989. Thx for all the help Mike. NYC

Hey Mike! I''ve been using your videos on Midi to start using midi on my Studio One! question: I'm using the midi drums but can't find how to snap all my high hats to the same velocity. I tried selecting them all and holding control while adjusting, but that is not doing it; it just adjusts the one I grab. Can you help? :-)

The misspelling of 'beginners' in the thumbnail ('begginers') has turned me into "that guy," who feels obligated to comment about it.😣 Sorry.

After years and years of using windows…I finally got my first Mac. And holy crap was I confused at first lol the same with using studio one. But with videos like this, it’s a game changer.

Thank you for the info - Been a studio1 user for a while - and I did not know about the 2nd option, using the Green Z thingy!!... Question: Is there any benefit to using the 1st low latency option over the 2nd option? (option 1 = changing the Block/Buffer size to 64-ish ~ option 2 = raising the Block Buffer size back up to 512-ish, and raising the Dropout Protection to High-ish, and clicking on the Green Z on the master fader)... If I am 100% in the box using 30+ tracks vs. filling my audio interface with many mics, and recording real instruments, along with some plugins, samples, loops, etc... (mine being 2 - Focusrite Clarett+ 8Pre's), which option would be the best for each of these situations, or is one option better across the board - so I don't have to change it constantly?... thinking about lowest latency along with best performance of the DAW??? Thank you ~ Love the channel!!

Mike you are an excellent teacher. Thank you. Using Studio One, is there a way to glide or slide midi notes...such as a midi bass?
