I think you may be strugling with binge eating , you can solve this problem by eating enough at each meal for your body , starving yourself will make you binge more , willpower will not stop the binge , please take care of yourself I really love your chanel :)

I used to by the same Garnier body lotion until I checked the ingredients - there is aluminium in it . I dont know if they still put aluminium in their lotions cause I dont use them for very long time, but be careful :-). Love your videos :-)
