I guess anarchs are basically Sabbat now? I haven’t played this game in 30 years. I feel like I’ve been in torpor. I wake up and… Ministry? I have almost a full set of Jyhad and lots of Ancients and Soveriegns, a bit of Sabbat. What 5th edition decks should I start with to get back into the game? I’m interested in the new cards from sets I never got to see like Kindred’s most wanted, Black hand, etc. I’m not competitive so I’m just looking for cool vampires and cards that tell a story. Are the Sabbat still around? Thanks!
Welcome back to the game! If you're looking to start an Anarch deck, all their current core tech are new to 5th Ed. The Brujah precon has most copies of the core Anarch tech, so that is a good place to start The clans that have been shaken up the most in terms of gameplay are, IMO, Banu Haqim (previously known as Assamites), Ravnos, and Tzimisce The Sabbat are still around and are looking to revolve around specific Paths rather than clans
Trying something new for this series
Let me know if this new format works for you :)
Yes, we need more of the cat in the background :D
