I came to this realization when I tried Ayahuasca. Everything that I thought "I" was, suddenly ripped away. Thoughts went first and then memories. The last thing to go, and this was the biggest shocker and totally unexpected, was TIME!...I wasn't anything at that moment. I wasn't "nothing" but I was no-thing. There was just forever and the acceptance being forever. It was wild but VERY transformative. I just felt love and gratitude for just being. Its amazing to know that we have a deeper connected consciousness. I went there for anxiety. I didn't expect to experience infinity lol. I still couldn't wrap my head around the no time thing until I watched this talk. Identity and time are definitely connected. I would go as far as saying that the root of identity is time. This talk made a lot of sense to me.

Is it possible that time speeds up when we move away from a large gravitational object as well as slowing down when getting closer to it? Velocity is decreased when moving against a gravitational force for the same amount of energy applied which perhaps has to add to the internal motion of an object which defines the passage of time.

So here is one of the main problems of understanding..
People have a very poor understanding of what the word 'infinite' actually means.. This is not any kind of 'fault', but just that we have evolved within the confines of what appears to be a finite environment, and we thus try to look at things in finite ways, also justifying those 'finite' thoughts. When I first approached the 'problem' I had the same difficulties, so it takes our minds a lot of effort to reach another perspective of understanding, but it IS achievable..
Firstly, there cannot be more than one 'instance' of infinitude, otherwise a secondary 'thing' would render them both 'finite'. So we are describing a 'oneness'.. Also, it can have no 'beginning' nor 'ending' as these would also necessitate a secondary 'thing' (or the utter nonsense of a 'nothing'!), so we are describing 'eternity' when we apply 'time' concepts. Then, we have to admit that it can only be the one thing that interconnects all other 'things', and we deduce this to be 'Space', necessarily..
All references to 'size' or 'direction' do not apply to the nature of infinitude, and thus have no relevance to our understanding of the true nature of existence. 'Measurement' has limitations.. When we point to any position in Space, we effectively create a 'beginning' to any subsequent forms of measurement, which only has relevance to the entity desiring to understand said 'measurement'. This does not make it a feature of the nature of reality, only a desire from a Human perspective.

Regarding the twins example of professor I have a question. Is the time difference is due to the speed of the spacecraft or our distance from the gravity of earth. If the rule is gravity is slowing time, how bigger gravity when we are near to Jupiter or Black Holes will speed up the time for us?

Is time just a concept related to the of movement of objects. If the universe was filled with objects but there was no movement at the micro and macro scale , would time be perceptible to an intelligent entity observing our universe from the outside ?

In order to have a perception, the observer would need an internal system which processes sensory information. This internal system would need to have the moving parts you mentioned. Apart from that, observing our completely motionless universe it would seem like a painting to us.

I thought they had rigorously tested quantum entanglement to show that they DID communicate in some way? (One particle knew what the other particle would be BEFORE it was actually even measured). It is obviously more complex than that, but it was a very interesting study.

Might the "now" moment be how decoherence is expressed in the time dimension of space-time? So, in space we experience solid matter (as opposed to the wave it emerged from) and in time we experience the "now". The implication would be that time is emergent from mass, not fundamental. Also, the arrow of time would therefore be the result of our continuously expanding universe, which in turn "stretches" all matter, which in turn generates a continuous flow of new "now" moments. Another implication of this way of thinking is that entropy is the result of our expanding universe.

our definition of space and time is all important as to the way we see time. I have reached the conclusion that the difference between our understanding of the quantum world and our ordinary world has a lot to do with definition, in our ordinary world particles are very important and they interact with other particles and are acted on by forces but in the atom it is not particles that are trapped but their fields. The definition of particle and field changes between the different worlds.

The methodology of a speculative temporal philosophy
With the scientific development pointing into a certain direction across various disciplines, that time could only be an illusion, accompanied by a societal consensus vis-a-vis this conception, i decided to try and concept a new view on the philosphy of timelessness.
Asking yourself anything, being the main tool of all of philosphy, the questions that are being stated by a philosophy of timelessness are going to represent the core of this treatment. For some of them, first approaches are going to be delivered, which are to be executed at another point. This way, a first conception of this philosophy is to be proposed, and the foundation of the methodological framework for further considerations to be layed down.
The first obstacle to be overcome is the language. Besides others, the first ones to encounter some difficulties are the ones who try to define the nature of timelessness using a language which fundamental structure depends on the temporal order of being things.
Considering this, all expressions that are to be viewed on the background of timelessness, will be accompanied by a corresponding reference or a new term will be introduced.
The understanding of those terms, demands a high level of cognitive devotion to the following premise:
Time does only exist as a mental construct.
Regarding the previously stated warning, it is the language that creates a mental contradiction by speaking these words.
But since time cant be eliminated on a cognitive level, it is not yet necessary to predict an attack on the day to day semiotics.
But since we just eliminated time from a physical level, some of the rather intuitiv answers to simple questions seem not to be applicable anymore and other previously not even thought of questions seem to be pressing for an elegant solution.
Imagine a physical world without time, a consortium of from one another least possibly different nows, only connected through the laws of nature.
Every one of those nows would be equal in the face of timelessness and all of them would be happening simultaneously.
But there are nows, that include time, and it are those ones which include intelligent life itself.
Since intelligent life has to be made possible by selfawareness, and it itself needs a concept of a past and future self, u cant speak of single nows but rather a now complex.
Since there is no temporal Order of things, common physical equations have to be translated into the language of temporal philosophy as seen below:
A system moving at the speed v changes its state at a rate lower by a facotr of (1 − v2/c2)−1/2
than the system in the rest frame, meaning that every human life( if and as long as it has a concept of time )represents such a now complex, in which time is to be found, but only within the boundaries of the associated mind.
If the human consciousness moves in time, but the corresponding body itself does not, the conclusion is to be drawn, that at smaller mergers of nows within the human now complex, there are separate consciousnesses feeling the journey through time.
Therefore it has to be calculable how many of those conscious states a human now complex includes and therefore how often one appears in his own life.
The respective subject is then limited by time, constructed of almost innurable states of consciousness, all regarding themselves as the real present one, for eternity.
To put it in simpler terms: Your life is like a book, with the pages torn out and distributed on the floor. Every single page does exist equally next to the other, for ever.
Death can be defined as the first now of human now complex, from which on all following nows of that complex are not able to simulate the associated consciousness in relation to all other systems of the universe. This topic will be further discussed in the chapter devoted to the language analytics of the temporal Philosophy.
Going further into the book metaphor, you have a Universe consisting of several books, one them you, and the rate at which you read one book in relation to another is only determined by gravity and speed, the direction in which it is read by the laws of thermodynamics, the physical foundation will be specified at a given time. You should have a clearer pictures now, about the fundamental laws that determine this philosophy and to not stretch this introduction unnecessary i am now going to state the various forms of life that will be at the center of this philosophy.
It is defined by its relation to time and its perception and the practical part of this philosophy will be devoted to finding a series of demands u can set for interactions with the different kinds of life.
It will take some effort and will be discussed in different parts of this treatment but we will be able to split life into 4 categories:
    unaware life
    Aware life
    Selfaware life
    Selfaware life aware of timelessnes
Intuitivly less accessible and harder to visualize is going the be the approach to put a moral value on certain action, since the calculation will be determined by variable views on time, simply because life of every categories includes certain aspects of the previous categories and you will have to consider all possible angles on time before even trying on depicting a normative ethics of timelessness.
For the introduction into the temporal philosophy it will be enough to have a basic understanding of classical physics, thermodynamics and relativity. Quantummechanics will be introduced at a later stage to help us save the problem of the eternal return and derive the free will.
The speculative nature of this philosophy lays within the fact, that there is no scientific prove of its premise at the time this is being written and it therefore does not claim any sort of legitimation or applicability in the present moment.
I do think however, that a willing reader will have to accept the fact that a lot of things would have to change in human interaction if this premise is proven at a certain point and in the cultural evolution of every temporal philosophy it will be stated why a civilization is only able to conduct this thought process at a certain point of its development and even later will be able to accept its conclusions .
Aim of the methodology of the speculative temporal philosophy shall be: to present a perhaps purely biological distinction between the various layers of life made possible through a metaphysical framework in concurrence with and through current physical theories, along with the existing parameters respective to the aforementioned metaphysics study, as a basis for my chief work.

No. That's your misunderstanding. Minkowski's four-dimensional space-time coordinates are mathematical coordinates. That is, the coordinate axis of the imaginary number. It is a coordinate that converts the velocity of light into length. So x,y,z,ict. So many people mistake time for four dimensions. We must tell the truth and prevent public misunderstanding. The fourth dimension is not time and no one knows. In physics, an inevitable paradox arises when all the lines of time exist. So imagine it but don't believe it's the real world

The "nearest to comprehensible" conception of subjective Time, (descriptive title of the self-defining cause-effect function), is Quantum Operator Fields Modulation Mechanism Mathematics Chemistry, here-now-forever functional e-Pi-i interference positioning resonance, ..of temporal Superposition-point Singularity pure relative motion probabilities positioning, perceived as the projection drawing plan of landscaping perspective.
Illustration uncertainty principles => "Illusion".., eg Spinfoam Totality..
Going up and down in a "gravity field" around massive objects is actually a coherent cohesion objectives shift in pulsed resonances of time duration timing, so the observed effect on super clocks is a standard modulation shift along the line-of-sight standing wave positioning package projection. Or you can continue to accept the convention of potential energy-> incremental temperature potential changes.
Correct observation, that there's no separation between past and future, only density-intensity orthogonality of Temporal substantiation coordination in Polar-Cartesian AM-FM Timing-spacing wave-package orientations, ie it's a navigational mapping of e-Pi-i ideal gas vanishing point Singularity resonances.
The Singularity positioning here-now forever cause-effect is "collapsed" resonances of e-Pi-i interference positioning, insideout reciprocal functional substantiation.., by/of +/- superimposed transverse logarithmic Superspin inflation, of/by Total Internal Reflection, primary numberness, axial-tangential, Entanglement.
"Physically" this Universal hyperfluid -> ideal gas "whirlwind" of time duration timing, sync-focused cosmological perspective positioning projection, ..none of which simple self-defining probability shaping is easy to describe.
Synchronicity/singularity is.., apparently "empty" harmonic spacing, measuring coherent cohesion objectives, in pulsed resonances of "distance" or multi-phase state nodes of compound chemical bond-length "size", (we see time duration timing difference of/by anharmonic Exclusion Principle, wave-particle duration timing modulation/memory, not what you think of as separate physical objects.
"Insideout" singularity is the functional resonance imaging of Synchronicity, ..measurable quantization interpretation of Superspin Modulation, so projected states of/by sync position is not solid, it's enduring sync rates of pure relative motion.
The more accurately we understand, commit to a holistic awareness of cause-effect existence, the less personalized is our attitudes to individual self-centeredness. Not sure if humanity is already non-existent as a self-defining state of continuity or not, (reasonable pessimism), something like the Doomsday Clock representation of social cohesion..?

It seems to me that time is as related to speed as to distortions in the time space continuum. At our level, speed is far below the speed of light. At the quantum level, the speed of light comes into play. To a wave/particle traveling at the speed of light, there is no time and there is no distance. Distance is a function of time. To travel from one end of the universe takes no time when travelling at light speed because we do not experience any passage of time at the speed of light. Faster than light, causality breaks down and time moves backwards.

Physics will never be anything more than measurement, meaning comes from our orientation to the measurement which is itself socially modified. That's not to say physics isn't important only to say that our brains are emotions-driven (thanks to their biochemistry) which makes them unstable and desperately invested in the chaos that emotionality brings. Some people would rather deny obvious evidence than accept that something they want to believe in is not true or true.

I think the consciousness state machine is sampled (clocked) at different rates. The different rate depends on a boredom factor and also on our age. A child's sample rate is much faster than a sixty years olds sample rate. The boredom factor sitting in an Arts class is far higher than sitting in a Maths class. The sample rate is inversely proportional to the boredom factor. This answers the final question I think.

Time does not exist. Of course, time doesn't even pass. There is only a relative variation in this universe with the momentum of matter and objects. Imagine this. In a world where nothing exists, time naturally disappears. Even in a world where everything has completely stopped, time naturally disappears. What these two thought experiments have in common is that time does not exist unless there is a change in the event caused by the movement of an object. If time exists independently regardless of this, you should be able to perceive that time is passing even in a world without momentum change and specify what time is. But that is absolutely impossible. But if a particle appears in a world where nothing exists, and when that particle moves in the x, y, z three-dimensional coordinate system, event changes occur, and we measure and perceive the change in momentum and position of a single particle, and the idea of time is created through our senses. So humans make time a mathematical unit called second/minute/hour. Why? We make it so that we can calculate and measure the momentum (speed), the amount of change (moving distance, location), and so on. In conclusion, we observe the world through sensory action and mistake it for time to pass. Sunset and sunrise, the movement of cars, the wind blowing, the water flowing, the microscopic vibrations of molecules in the rock standing still. All the flows we see are the motion of matter and objects, and the amount of change in energy and interaction with natural forces. The direction follows the universal laws of the universe, where entropy increases in an isolated system. And many people mistake the fourth dimension for time. It's a great illusion. Perhaps most people misunderstood the concept of Minkowski's four-dimensional space-time coordinates, which led to this idea. First of all, let me get this straight. Four dimensions is not time. In Minkowski's four-dimensional space-time coordinates x,y,z,ict, i is an imaginary number and c is the velocity of light. It is an imaginary coordinate that converts the velocity of light into length. Time is never four dimensions. It is an abstract mathematical coordinate and a very useful coordinate for calculating relativity. The greatest enemy of truth is human stereotypes and beliefs that have been entrenched for many years. This illusion generally stems from the illusion that the human five senses observing this world will be perfect. It is very difficult for any truth with logical rigor to break through long-held stereotypes. If you break prejudice, study physics a little bit, and think about the nature of time, you can come to the conclusion that time is an illusion.

A better description is that 'time' is a human-centric measuring method, to try to describe the motions of existence.. Here is why it does not work at the fundamental level..
People generally have a very poor understanding of what the word 'infinite' actually means..

Space expands until everything will be in a state of equilibrium and everything in it, you got me, has died already long ago. But I cannot remember my birth. I cannot say if there was a big bang in the beginning and not what has ever happened before. This remains a mistery for me to me and to all beings, I guess. Also entropy is going down with aging and not up, as the physicists say it does, if you define it as the total amount of things that you are able to do with your body.
Time itself moves backwards is the only logical conclusion and it is just our brains playing tricks with us. If time moves backwards you have proven super symmetry, because all the particles would spin in just the other direction and don´t pop out of the LHC, but pop into it, while we were looking for them. If time moves backwards we can explain entanglement and we don´t a "many worlds solution". It is just a pill to take and everything is set very well, or isn´t it? The only downside of it is the complete loss of free will, which there was doubt about anyway, but we gain not to loose anything at all, because all is, was and will be there for ever just in time.
Thank you and a happy next world war.

This effect is known as gravitational time dilation, and it is a simple logical consequence of the Einstein equivalence principle. The effect was predicted by Einstein in 1907. It does not matter what clocks you use as long as they are precise enough. In practice, atomic clocks were used to test this effect as they provide the highest precision.

Any clocks humankind has are made from matter and matter is affected by gravity

Here is one of the main problems of understanding..

Time does not exist. Only sequence exists. Time is a creation of mankind. Even in human terms now or present doesn't exist. There is only past & future. Anyway, everything humans can comprehend is understood in relative terms. For instance, we can't comprehend the existence of "nothing". We only understand the existence of "something".

No objective sequence can exist. According to special relativity, if two space-separated events are far enough then their order depends on your point of view, i.e. two observers can see the same two events in the opposite order.

Of course time exists-perhaps the semantics of what we mean by the word ‘time’ is in need of some explaining, but the experience of time, which is what we usually refer to when we talk about time, is real in the sense that we can and do perceive the phenomenon as our lives unfold around the concept.

this guy is totally wrong. time is a constant throughout the entire universe. just take the concept of a high speed photograph. so fast it can stop a speeding bullet mid air with no blur. now focus the camera on the universe from the edge of the known universe and take a snapshot. all objects in the universe will be caught by the camera no matter their speed. they are always there at the exact same time. no objects in the universe can speed up or slow down and evade the camera. this is just a fact. not opinion.

He's right, time is an illusion.
Look: imagine 2 twins; 1 travels with speed of light, second stays stationery , RELATIVELY to the first one, first travels 10 min, meanwhile second twin lives 60 years, all two twins felt passage of time in the same way; first twins thinks he travels only 10 minutes and he's right and second twin thinks he lives many years and he also is right, key words is RELATIVELY.
Another example: one twin stays before black hole , second twin entres behind event horizon, first twin sees his twin brother is moving in veeeery slow motion, almost still, but he (second twin), from he's perspective , he feels and moves as usual, in ordinary way. They both feel normal, at they have such a illusion.

I find it hilarious that you think of a speeding bullet as a measure of high speed, when he is talking about light :D While the universe does exist in an unknown state at the same time (cocnept of Now), there is no way to capture it, due to the limiting speed being the speed of light, and the size of the universe being just too large. Therefore the thought of "Now" loses all of its value entirely, since you will never be able to capture it and react to it, if the distance is long enough. Your "now" only functionally matters to your bubble. A galaxy is there "right now" but by the time you are able to figure that out, either you or that galaxy are gone
