Its a draw, time vs insufficient material. You cant checkmate with a king and a bishop, as well as king and knight. Also, checkmate with two knights vs king can happens only in few situations and can require even 120 moves

If the oponent loses on time but you only have a knight/vishop is it still a draw like if u just had a king? Like you still cant mate with only one of those pieces so it would make sence for me if its still a drae
If the opponent still have a pawn / anything, you still win. Reason: the opponent could be “dumb” enough to let his king cornered (also having his own piece to block the way out) and mated with a single piece

It's not insufficient material, because the fact that Alireza has pieces makes it theoretically possible to deliver checkmate with a single bishop, if the other pieces covers the squares the king could otherwise move to.
That's why Magnus won this game, and why it wasn't a draw.

@@Irchess it's the same bro, you are saying the same moves in every reply, but it's a hypothetical example, but literally is imposible checkmate with a bishop, I don't know if in this tournament (maybe the World Rapid Chess Championship 2021, I'm not sure) the organisers change the rules, but insufficient material is counting just your pieces in this rule doesn't matter your opponent pieces.
