Objectively speaking. Going in, rather than working from home will minimize the slacking, and help everyone stay on task. But I know being a dev can be tiring so I just wish them the best of luck

I work from and I have worked in the office.. Working from home is better for me just my opionion
think people assuming that the production will suddenly speed up have gotten the whole thing backwards, promising benefits and then revoking them won't make an employee work better or faster.
@@mexicanburrito2979 the thing with game development is, working from home is easier to get distracted, especially if you're in a family environment. Like when kids get home from school, looking after pets, and random other things that might get you to procrastinate. Where as working in an office, you only have 1 thing you can be doing, which is your work since you're fully focused on it. Working from home works for a lot of people in different positions, but in general people should go to an office.
