I loved it!
Hands down, this is one of the best videos you’ve ever made.
Wow, thanks!
What a wonderfully instructive video, Heather! Nicely, nicely done!
Thanks so much!
Studio looks great!
Thanks! I'm really enjoying it
Just finished totally redoing my studio and dang, I kinda wish I would’ve had this video two weeks ago 😅
I saw you did that! It takes alot of work doing a studio buildout, or redo :P
This video was very helpful. Awesome tips! Love the space you created. I’m using two rooms right now and would love to design one space. Very timely, Heather. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
This is great, putting a studio together is certainly a process. Thanks for sharing your process
Thanks for watching!
Going from your 2020 studio video to this one is a very informative way of using a small space!
Funny timing. I literally spent 6 hours today polishing my office before settling down in front of that video. 😂
Very hyped for the next part. 🙏🏻
Ironic! How'd your polishing go?
@@FellowFilmmaker thanks to all your videos on stuff like Varipole, clamps etc...very smooth! 💪🏻
Awesome! Love to hear that :)
Thanks. Love your work.
Much appreciated!
Love the new studio.
thanks :D
Whooooah, now *this* is a solid piece of video :) Loving the stage by stage walkthrough of the process, clear and precise - always envious of the smoothness you have on your shots as well, really good this one :) If you need some examples of the complete opposite of what you’ve done to scare your customers into buying your services (probably don’t need to when you have *this* video to show then ;) you should probably have a look at some of the videos I’ve made this year, trying to cram a «youtube studio» into a space that already functions as a roller skate store and repair shop, a wood working shop, a miniature building and painting space as well as having a small skateboardramp … but it’s a work in progress (for the last 8 years ;)
Lol, thanks! Put alot of work into this video to be sure it was the most clear and helpful it could be
It certainly is very hard to make a space work for so many things, you spend alot of time cleaning and moving things to make it work.
@@FellowFilmmaker yeah, and that’s why my space is usually a perpetual chaos, which fortunately works for me ;) But yeah, the work you put in really shows in the video, would be fun to see you do a bigger room, which would present it’s own set of challenges and problems to solve :)
Very impressive, nice job!
Thank you very much!
What automation system do you use for all the lights in your space? I'm thinking about setting up a home assistant instance for a bunch of other stuff in my new flat/studio and wondering how well lighting apps are supported in it (or what else there is out there).
Also wow, this is an underrated video. Thank you for showing the journey :) Tons of great info in this and the new space looks amazing!
Glad you enjoyed the video :D
I'm using my automation with ihomekit, but I've done setups for clients with Alexa before as well. You can do almost any of the systems out there.
If you want to know specifics we could jump on a consult call and I'll get you all the things you need: fellowfilmmakercourses.com/consultation
Fantastic
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you! Cheers!
Very informative
Glad you think so! Worked hard on putting alot in there
@@FellowFilmmaker you always do a good job, and this video has aspects that others do not cover
Love to hear that :)
People usually focus on the common stuff, I like to be sure to hit all the other useful stuff left off the table
Exactly what I was looking for, I liked all them details about perfect alignment of objects, preshoots etc. - rolling like a pro
Are the any lenses you would recommend for an iPhone to shoot better UA-cam videos?
You can switch the B7c bulbs over to just act like regular bulbs. So when the fixture is off, they will be off. They have an AC/DC mode.
Yeah, I was trying that, but it just kept going to battery mode. So instead of messing with it I went with something I could rely on.
i'll send you a new request for my studio/office since i moved to a new home... hopefully this time, you'll have a solution ! 👍
cool beans
Second… dang it 😂
Streak has been broken!
And somewhere Jason is sipping on lemon tea wishing made this video 1st.
