I'll be honest with you, I personally do not have a big appetite to begin with. So when I bulk eating, I do it at my own space (because I am self-aware that there's a fair chance where I overstuff myself and... yeah.)
If I go hang out with a friend to go eat or go on a date to go eat, I'm just going to order the most normal size portion and by any situations if I honestly cannot finish the portion, then I will not finish the plate. I rather not have it finish then to try to save my own face from despair.
At least I'll be self-aware of my capabilities in certain situations.

From what I learned from a high school culinary class in the most 90’s way physically possible and also a bit from the internet, raw eggs typically don’t contain salmonella or other foodbourne illnesses very often especially if they’re pasteurized…. Just store your eggs, egg whites, and egg yolks properly in a cool, sanitary place, and use them while they’re still edible(you can tell it isn’t edible if the egg gives off an unusual smell), and then you’re quite safe! :)
…Otherwise you’re just (probably cluelessly) asking for it, and you could be in a *LOT* of trouble too…. 😰 Stay safe, though! 👍
Fun fact, warnings on things like cookie dough and cake batter are not referring to risk of salmonella from eggs, the actual risk is E. Coli in the uncooked flour. Uncooked flour is super nasty, while eggs are safe unless you are super unlucky and have a compromised immune system.
