How is it harder than a guaranteed 4-star every 10 pulls? The stress is way lighter than getting a 5-star only to dicover it's a weapon/ lost 50/50. If you still want to punch your ideals in my head, go ahead then. I'd rather just cope than do numbers.

So if worst comes to play you’ll have to pull 147 times to get the 4* you want but most of the time it’s not that bad. For any 5* however you just have to go 90 pulls

Noone is talking about the normal atk dmg layla will provide based on her hp. It will be a big boost to the likes of ayato yoi and hutao. Layla’s icd will be interesting to know if it will sync well with these characters for melt and freeze. This is why I am considering her to have full hp support build for normal atk dmg boost and shield boost. Her dmg looks negligible to build her with crit

Hydro res raises Layla and candace, both their damage and their buff. Xingqiu already does a lot of damage on his own, but with a hydro infusion he'd deal a lot more. With Candace infusing and buffing, he'd do even more than just an infusion. He lowers enemy hydro resistance too, doing even MORE. Then layla boosts him more again and gives permafreeze
She’d be really good with my future hu tao since she’s constantly applying cryo AND has a shield on with just her skill.. unless the stars attacking is a constellation or smth 😭
Layla is definitively my favorite character from genshin (surprisingly), i like beefy tanks like zhongli and her shield is as strong, with a better element, and cuter design..
I know it's not a real showcase and all, but if that's the thickness of her shield (or at least similar to the real one), she's definitely not leaving my team
Her shield have a nearly same scallin as zhongli but 3 lvl difference like zhongli shield at lvl 10 is 23% max HP scallin while layla shield at lvl 13 is 22.95% max HP scallin.
Her kit intrigues me but it seems like she'd be hard to build. Jade cutter would likely be her best in slot with HP and crit rate. HP time piece, Cryo goblet, crit damage circlet. Balancing the need for HP substats, as well as CR and CD is such a pain. I feel like she's best in a freeze comp with 2 hydro and a cryo, but even then I feel like her damage wouldn't be super impressive.
also using mist splitter, give it to ayaka she would have killed it in one burst at that low level raiden, i dont expect much dmg from her the way her kit is designed i just hope she have better shield than diona or else she is just like dori situation
