I only found out last two years that I’m sigma male a lot people go thru life without knowing who they real are. Sigma is not personality you can just become it’s developed when you where young person.
I've been called intimidating and unapproachable but I just don't like being bothered ... I use silence to my advantage and allow others to talk (often to their _disadvantage_ )...
Sigmas don’t try to fit in, but often do. Sometimes it’s annoying. People are attracted to the Sigma and try to get closer to them, but that can irritate the Sigma because he likes to be alone. I’m semi-retired and I took a job at a grocery store. I try to keep to myself, but people are drawn to me, employees and customers alike. Nobody at work knows much about me and, although most of my coworkers like me, I’ve heard a lot of rumors. I find the rumors funny and actually enjoy them. There was a security guard, he moved on to a different store, who started the rumor that I am a retired CIA operative. He probably thought that because I am mostly very quiet, but have a lot of confidence. The other rumor I heard, I’m not sure who started it, is that I’m secretly a serial killer. The best part about both of these rumors is that coworkers rarely try to test or intimidate me. There is one middle-aged guy who has worked there a long time who tries to bully most of our coworkers. He tried to bully me when I first started working there and it didn’t work. Now, he’s extremely nice to me. Other than management, I’m the only person he doesn’t try to intimidate. I’ve found out, through a couple coworkers I trust, that some of my coworkers try to befriend me mostly so this one bully will leave them alone.

I agree with you on your opinion. I disagree with this video that is too harshly leaning towards sigmas being robotic masked faces without emotion that don't talk and sigmas are more dynamic than that. I feel that sigmas relationships with siblings and parents and long time friends show more facial expression and emption compared to professional relationships and strangers and competitions. I am absolutely a Sigma but I am not a stone faced masked man that doesn't care that is hiding. I feel sigmas have the intellect to use facial expression without speaking to convey a message that is crystal clear..

Its Good to know that I am a sigma.. when I was a little boy adults around me said I was dangerous. I was too quiet and kept to myself. Never asked fo help did everything by myself. Never apologised to minor stuff. Always confident, lone wolfe. I am able to make a friend out anyone but I am always successful by myself Every one respects me, even dangerous people have always showed respect. I dont abuse social media.. Damn

I take these “Sigma Males are…” with a grain of salt. Kind of like the statement, “Marines are brave and fight on to end.” Well, ideally they do, but mileage may vary based on all kinds of things. I’m sigma as hell, but can I read a room? Rarely.
I've never noticed until someone brought it to my attention I just thought most people just had nerve issues or something and that's why they where shaking in the hand badly or body shaking bad. But it had to be brought to my attention for that some people are just intimidated by other to that point and I had no idea it was a thing.
I was talking with a neighbor of mine and at the end of our conversation he told me "you're a pretty cool guy, but I always thought you were an asshole because you were always quiet and seemed angry" And I've always been like this, even before I served in the Marines.
I don't know if I'm a Sigma or not, but I've been told that just my mere presence is intimidating. When I ask why, I've been told it's a bad, threatening vibe that I give off. And for some reason, they, more often than not, want me to sit down if I'm standing. The more I think about it, it's kinda funny!

This video and those like it are useful to me mainly in that it lets me know how the rest think, and just how different me and those like me are in society. I am impressed at the in depth analysis of the subject it the sigma male. Most accurate psychological profile I can remember and I have seen lots. Still it’s weird to hear a lot of the thoughts you have had since you began to be self aware articulated and to a certain extent appreciated. What a marvelous age of information we live in!

I joined a Jim Mitsubishi academy and their professor is an alpha, his son is now the new alpha. Their upper ranks are Deltas and Betas. It’s frustrating watching them do things to test people using misdirection of their intentions. If one must endure for the sake of learning let your actions speak for themselves and be above the petty tactics thrown at you.
An old friend once told me (when I was about twenty) that I have a way about me that "scares the Hell out of everybody." I found that to be a curious observation. Now I understand what a Sigma is, and use it to my advantage.

Here I am at 55+; #7's where I come in: I ain't gotta apologize for who/what I am! Quite the contrary, "I'm Sorry (For Bein' Me)" was a little wussified song I wrote in '97; I put it on tape, to later destroy it (paper & all)! An old, deceased lady I knew since 1990, had to remind me of "not explaining yourself to anyone", which is what I'd slowly get over!!
I never looked into the male types. But through watching these videos i can confidently say that i am a sigma male. As I watch these videos many last experiences make sense. I will use this to better myself and others. God bless y'all
I can’t say that people are drawn to me like bee’s around their hive and I have difficulty reading some people and their intentions but I do identify with certain traits and mannerisms of the sigma personality. I don’t have a whole lot of friends but nor do I feel the need for an entourage of friends, I’m happy with the few that I have and feel selective over who I would consider and call true friends. I don’t like having to take on leadership roles but will step up to the plate if I feel it’s necessary. I don’t care to be the centre of attention nor do I really want to be. I can socialize with a crowd but I also enjoy my own company and actually prefer it that way most times. I can work with well with others and used to working on my own and actually prefer it that particularly when trying to accomplish and achieve something for my own personal gain ect. Just so many emotions and thoughts that you’re videos breakdown and explain that put into words and help me give me a better understanding of myself haha
What happens if you have many sigma traits, but also don’t? Do all sigma males have these exact traits? I think you could be a sigma male, but have picked up certain traits bc of your past experiences? Meaning I talk a lot but at the same time hear what others are saying and remember longer than the person that told me this. Or is there a in between personality or one that yet have been labeled?
I intimidate people because they can not read me or my thoughts! This makes me unpredictable, and people are very wary around me. Even though I've never opened my mouth and spoke. Just my presence is enough to scare them. I feel their fear when i walk into a room. Like i have this aura around me. And people notice it.
"Confidence " would be a weak word to describe how a self aware sigma feels . A mature and self aware sigma feels god-like , other worldly and unstoppable. This comes off as arrogance but deep down Sigma males are down to earth and want the best not just for themselves but others around them .
When you see your friend, an alpha suddenly changes his tone when your with them... and asking if its okay or if your okay which is actually a nonsense to you if its been asked or not
i starting to understand more and more why other ppl goes quite around me, everyone at work talks loudly betwin each other, except for to me, i don't say much when i work unless it is ppl i realy trust and is comfortable with, I have for the longest time wondered if new ppl are afried for me, i don't mind it but that's not how i want to look like,
It’s funny I suppose. I’ve known I am a Sigma since I took the first personality inventory that uses this organizational structure. Now I am a relatively big man. 6’, 230 of someone who has been seriously in the gym for over 2 decades. I get people being a bit intimidated outside the gym. But many people are inside as well. “I would say hello but you look like you would hit me.” Has been said over and over again. I’m focused on my workouts and I’m not violent with anyone unless it is in self-defense. I’ve been told by several people that a whole room can feel me enter even if they can’t see me. I just kind of have the presence. Then the physicality. Then the fact that I am above average intelligence by the testing and how easy academics was for me. Even down to my nickname in middle and high school was “Iceman” as I showed so little emotion and was practically unreadable. Still am, to the point that trained psychologists have told me it is a bit unnerving to talk to me since they can’t read me but I can them.

I always wonder why when things were going great at work I would get low pay increases or terminated. Explains a lot. No wonder I excelled in certain areas and my alpha "friends" despised me.

I think people get intimidated by me, mainly because of my silent nature. I aren't an imposing bodybuilder, it's more that I sit back, watch, listen and learn, my friends even wonder why I don't even fully trust anyone

I can’t say that people are drawn to me like bee’s around their hive and I have difficulty reading some people and their intentions but I do identify with certain traits and mannerisms of the sigma personality. I don’t have a whole lot of friends but nor do I feel the need for an entourage of friends, I’m happy with the few that I have and feel selective over who I would consider and call true friends. I don’t like having to take on leadership roles but will step up to the plate if I feel it’s necessary. I don’t care to be the centre of attention nor do I really want to be. I can socialize with a crowd but I also enjoy my own company and actually prefer it that way most times. I can work with well with others and used to working on my own and actually prefer it that particularly when trying to accomplish and achieve something for my own personal gain ect. Just so many emotions and thoughts that you’re videos breakdown and explain that put into words and help me give me a better understanding of myself haha
What happens if you have many sigma traits, but also don’t? Do all sigma males have these exact traits? I think you could be a sigma male, but have picked up certain traits bc of your past experiences? Meaning I talk a lot but at the same time hear what others are saying and remember longer than the person that told me this. Or is there a in between personality or one that yet have been labeled?

I intimidate people because they can not read me or my thoughts! This makes me unpredictable, and people are very wary around me. Even though I've never opened my mouth and spoke. Just my presence is enough to scare them. I feel their fear when i walk into a room. Like i have this aura around me. And people notice it.

"Confidence " would be a weak word to describe how a self aware sigma feels . A mature and self aware sigma feels god-like , other worldly and unstoppable. This comes off as arrogance but deep down Sigma males are down to earth and want the best not just for themselves but others around them .

It’s funny I suppose.
I’ve known I am a Sigma since I took the first personality inventory that uses this organizational structure.
Now I am a relatively big man. 6’, 230 of someone who has been seriously in the gym for over 2 decades. I get people being a bit intimidated outside the gym. But many people are inside as well. “I would say hello but you look like you would hit me.” Has been said over and over again. I’m focused on my workouts and I’m not violent with anyone unless it is in self-defense.
I’ve been told by several people that a whole room can feel me enter even if they can’t see me. I just kind of have the presence. Then the physicality. Then the fact that I am above average intelligence by the testing and how easy academics was for me. Even down to my nickname in middle and high school was “Iceman” as I showed so little emotion and was practically unreadable. Still am, to the point that trained psychologists have told me it is a bit unnerving to talk to me since they can’t read me but I can them.
I don't know if I intimidate people. I hope I don't.

@@MCPunk55 They feel you judging them. They don't necessarily fear you will hurt them. They just know they are wanting and suspect you know it. That is uncomfortable for them.

I think people get intimidated by me, mainly because of my silent nature. I aren't an imposing bodybuilder, it's more that I sit back, watch, listen and learn, my friends even wonder why I don't even fully trust anyone
