What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're in Birmingham still, with ‪@AY-Audits‬ once again, we decide to go ahead and make a video inside Birmingham New Street railway station, which is operated by Network Rail, and Network Rail's photography guidelines say we don't require permission to film. Yet we still get staff telling us we're not allowed, and giving us grief, and one woman who thinks it's the law to get people's permission to film. British Transport Police were called as well, and at first they didn't know the photography guidelines, or properly understand the byelaws, but after a conversation with me and AY, they got educated, then went on to educate the rail staff from what they had learned, then we had a bit of banter with BTP, and shook their hands. Big respect to British Transport Police here, they learned something, and took it on board. Enjoy the video!

I have never seen such idiotic stupid behaviour from ticket office staff, that actually closed the position and refused service because someone had a camera.
The most appalling behaviour to refuse service, they should get another job, they are too sensitive.
They sit there all day with hundreds of people looking and talking, but cry for help if someone has a camera.
But maybe, just maybe if you went about without looking like ninja warriors you might just achieve your goal, covid restrictions have now ended, so why prolong it?
But to be fair you have another ninja warrior dressed likewise in a BTP uniform at 37:35, and towards the end you both removed the mask, so what was the point?

He should have basically de escalated that himself. Told the staff in no uncertain terms that filming is lawful and a request to stop, does not have to be followed. Muneer was awesome.
He stuck by what is right, even though the poison dwarf with ginger hair tried to unsuccessfully, make his mind up for him.
He gave me faith in human kind.

A++ to the young chap I think was Moneer? D- to orange face & eyebrows who was gobby and bloody rude, butting in over her calm colleague, becoming strident, and then getting the police involved.

Hi Gwent. Why are there photo booths all over the station? PINAC, why are they paranoid about being filmed? What are they trying to hide? Is some of the staff illegally claiming state benefits while working? Should Karen’s be given equal employment rights when they loose self control each month?

At 16:04 the female security being educated in the background by the other security says that its the passengers human right not to be recorded !!! Well if that was the case then they would have to turn off all their CCTV and body cameras. Moron !

Just imagine if we lived in a country where we had a right not to be filmed.
I'd go around enforcing this on ANPR cameras, ULEZ cameras, police cameras, business CCTV cameras, car dashcams.
Or are they saying that the police, businesses, TFL, motorists should have laws that don't apply to them, but should apply to pedestrian Joe Public?
This one rule for them, another rule for us mentality was very clear with the young officer that clearly had his body worn camera recording (without informing you) whilst he was telling you that you can't take photos (without written permission that may not get granted anyway).

6:40 Really rude of the staff to ignore the query about platform tickets and demand the cameras stop recording. They are also breaking article 6 of your human rights. The right to a fair trial requires that all evidence is true and factual. So if the situation becomes one which turns into a complaint or worse, then you have the right to collect your own evidence and to use it. To be denied that is unfair and means you can't put the fact forward for your side of the case.

Why do so many female police, security guards and Network rail staff insist on showing such arrogance and contempt for people they deem are a problem.
Muneer was an absolute gent, the "Happy to help" on his uniform obviously meant a lot to him. Intelligent, helpful, respectful, calm and so on, he needs promoting 😎
As for his female colleagues they need re-training. I think they must be riding around on splintered broomsticks, something has obviously upset 'em 🤣🤣🤣
Then there's the transport cops👮👮👮They showed how to police the correct way, well done them 💯
