I first heard YES' version of "Something's Coming" in July 1975. What a revelation! I bought the 1st+ 2nd YES albums in 1973- also all 3 original Flash albums, and Tony Kaye's Badger ! 1973 was the YES " ramp up year!
Thanks for this, Ian! The first version of "Something's Coming" sounds like it was perhaps an attempt at a shorter, more radio-friendly version. As usual Bill is firing on all cylinders, although goodness Peter was sloppy! The second version sounds like one of the BBC radio recordings. And I love the photos that are companions to the UK sleeve shots, plus Yes at the Marquee! 👍
Wow! Nice comment! I didn’t know there’s someone like me who appreciates their music. I’m 64 and started following them in 1973. I feel bad Jon left but him wanting %50 of the current band claiming to be Yes is a little too much. He’s still great creating his songs with The Band Geeks.
Thanks for posting these amazing moments in YES History! It's like watching a favorite plant sprout and grow! They certainly worked for what they achieved, but natural ability and their visionary approach to creating new things without compromise are also to be noted!

'if I can wait'....such a lovely harmony. Got me 50 years ago; still does!

Fun little ditty. Band sounds like they had fun. I wonder if the ever got very far 😁
I think they may have put out an album or two. The name seems familiar.
