Hello and welcome back to the KenOhWee Channel and for today's episode I'll be comparing 2 amazing spiderman action figures from 2 amazing companies and I hope it'll help whoever's interested in knowing the 2 figures in depth.
I tried my very best to highlight every detail shown in the figure and if I happen to miss anything, I do apologise. There may be some points you may or may not agree and I completely respect that as at the end of the day, it all comes down to personal preference and both of these are great figures so you can't go wrong.
As mentioned in the video, I'll be taking a short break as I'll be having a surgery next week so I'll be taking the time to focus on my recovery and I'll be back as soon as I can to share my passion and love for toys and also making videos with all of you =)

SHF is the winner for me, the joints and the build quality boi...amazing...and the sculpt..its like a 4K UHD instead of mafex is 720p

honestly im ok with the thong thingy as it give extra articulation without breaking any inner joints. we take new dragon ball figure such as gogeta and vegito 2.0 eta. they have similar thong too and their articulation is superb compare to even ironman. all dragon ball shf 2.0 can do superhero landing without problem
The shoulder articulation blows, not worth getting if the mafex has better overall articulation

My Mafex figure comes with loose thighs, so I'll most likely just put it in a stand and display it on my shelf

honestly, the thong is a deal-breaker for me. I respect the figuarts figure being better in many ways, but that waist looks like it was broken and glued back together from ten pieces. It's a compromise either way, but I think I'll take the Mafex.
Finally someone acknowledges the SHF Iron Spider as they should. I don't have anything against Mafex but I do feel it's come to a point where everyone is so biased and they'll say Mafex is better just for being Mafex (despite all the QC issues in the past).
With that said, I think they're both great figures, although I do like the SHF better. Great video.
It just depends if you want accuracy go with mafex but SHF still does an ok job with accuracy but it’s just not as good
Mafex wins for me. SHF Spider-Man figure head sculpts just look inaccurate. Even though the Mafex has possessed eyes, they look cooler than the SHF to me

Mafex wins safe. The head sculpt by mafex alone is more the original than the one by shf

I prefer the Mafex eyes. They’re not accurate to the majority of the movie, but they still look cool to me
yeah, honestly it's a short scene in the film, but it's a defining one. It's great. Too bad the figuarts missed on that option.

My shf spidey's head has a really annoying qc issue where if i even so much and lightly tap his head, it will fall backand make him look into the sky. For me, shf fricked me over
