This is Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade Hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is located in the heart of the city just a few-minute walk from Kongens Nytorv. The airport is about a 20-minute metro ride from Copenhagen Airport.
If you come from the Airport, just take M2 metro to Kongens Nytorv and then walk for about 5 minutes to the hotel.

This hotel is about 5 minute walk from the metro station and very close to most tourist sites.

I stayed here in 2019 December to January 2020, right before the pandemic started. Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the room is small yes, but that is Denmark, they're not like Americans who want everything big and overwhelming haha... cozy and small is a part of Denmark's charm. The breakfast there is good, they have a big variety of food to choose from down at that eating area you were at in the end of this video. It is very central, so majority of Copenhagen's sights and attractions are a 10-25 min walk from this hotel, or you can take the train/bus with that Copenhagen Card for free as long as that card is valid to use.

The hotel met my expectations and the location does not get any better than that. I agree with everything you said about this hotel. What surprised me is that the hotel I stayed at in Nuuk, Greenland has the same style as this hotel.
