  • How To Make A Simple Diy Wood Chipper Using Drill Machine | DIY
    Hello Everyone!
Today I show you how to make a simple diy wood chipper using drill machine. This homemade wood chipper has eight cutting blades. I welded four blades to the 20mm shaft and remaining four blades to the another 20mm shaft to make the wood chipper mechanism. This diy wood chipper mechanism is rotated by the drill machine through the chain and gear drive. I step down the drill machine speed by using the sprockets, chain and gears to multiply the torque for this diy wood chipper machine. This homemade wood chipper is very simple to make. High thickness wood can be very easily cut down by using this homemade wood chipper. This diy wood chipper is very powerful. This homemade wood chipper cuts the wood very fastly. This drill hack works good. I hope you guys will enjoy this making of wood chipper build.

Turn it on its side make a hopper and then you can put the small pieces into it and grind it more. Great idea you have there.

I purchased this planer ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxIzvvTi3_Qc8JnVdYYRJCvuoDC4QjTzeL to replace a well worn Delta bench top I'd had for a number of years. I should have purchased it sooner. The performance is much better than I expected from a bench top planer, and the best I've used so far. When feed and discharge supports are properly set snipe is all but eliminated. Cuts are smooth and free of flaws. Setup was dead right out of the box. Feed rate is smooth, steady and sure. The standard (fast) feed rate left rough sawn cherry smooth and with little sanding to be done for a fine finish. After 100 board feet of hardwood the knives were still sharp and performing well with clean sharp cuts. The dust blower system is phenomenal! With my dust collector connected and after 100 board feet there was little if any waste left to sweep up. It works and works very well. The unit is heavy. It's a bit of a beast weighing just under 100 pounds. The optional table/mobile base is very nice and makes a sound and sturdy platform for the planer. However, the instructions are rather lacking. If you're mechanically inclined there should be no real assembly problems other than an potential for extreme disgust. But it is a nice table.

Check your technique....dont just drive them in long stoke cuts back amd forth let the blade do the work.... Theres a video of a guy doing tests and he video tapes hoth techniques and driving it in under slow motion causes the disk to turn to dust

L'idée est bonne mais alors il n'y a aucune sécurité (carter de protection et arrêt d'urgence). avec ce genre de machine un accident est si vite arrivé (au mieux on y laisse un bras et au pire on y laisse la vie).
