Klaus Wiese (zither, singing bowls, vocals) has released 134 albums (mostly on tape and CDr) and counting. Although he died in 2009, aged 67 and 9 days...🤔 This is amazing, and I love Ted De Jong''s tablas, although he's no Zakir Hussain (b. 1952). I bought several of his tapes when in India and Nepal in summer '91 and winter of 1992/93. A true master, and the eldest son of a master (Alla Rakha, 1919-2000), who was in Ravi Shankar's ensemble. They played at George Harrison's Madison Square Garden 'Concert for Bangladesh' (then East Pakistan, in a bloody war with West Pakistan) in Aug. 1971, which I saw on Swedish TV, aged 11. Mum bought the triple LP... /J.
