GEAR | Over 40 Goalie - Synthetic Ice (CAN-ICE) for goalie practice. Is it worth it?

I've had CAN-ICE for 3 months now specifically for goalie training. I talk about how it feels to skate on it, to using pads and pad covers.
I found it hard to find a detailed review from a goalie's perspective so I hope this helps those of you looking at synthetic options.

Nope! It’s just plastic tiles basically. You do need to keep them clean otherwise you will slip out.
