Liam Nolan is a fast-rising star in the Muay Thai world who is already signed with the biggest fighting organization in the world ONE Championship, He fights with an impressive style and he as numerous titles to his name including winning the Roar Combat league world title. Over the next couple of years he hopes to make his mark and capture a ONE world title, with a great team around him we are confident he can do it.

The guys on point but I always give credit to the pad man holding pads like that is a art in it's own
100 percent it takes some experience to hold pads like that, christian is a top coach and he was also a great fighter too. so much experience
@@SiamBoxing wot people don't understand with thaiboxing is you also get a work out just holding the pads just holding the pads gives you a work out and makes your body stronger....you know if you wernt expliciened in holding the pads and he threw one of them chose shots probably break your hands

hes a beast bro, this was after like 15 rounds or so of sparring and it was a unusual 34-35 degrees in London.
Haven’t been training this weekend and today due to sickness, and this helped me immensely dealing with the feeling of missing out, appreciate the vids mate

every time I decide to have a snack break from work and watch one of those while eating, I suddenly find out 5-6 minutes later, that I have neglected eating :D awesome stuff, makes me miss training and Thailand that much more :)

I'd love to see Liam having a full contact sparring session with Michael Jai White. White has been saying that he would have KO'd Bruce Lee due to the fact that Lee was a welterweight and he is a heavyweight. White doesn't seem to know that a thai boxer in the lower weight classes had knocked out Mighty Mo with one kick to the head. Mo is a heavyweight. I think Liam would KO White.

My goal is to work with this coach by next year. Now my question is, well he be doing seminars in the US when the pandemic is over???
maybe he will if there is a gym or gyms wanting to put on seminars they could contact him to arrange.
