Cool rc. I have the mini eight but can't find certain parts anymore anywhere so its now on a shelf to keep it intact because losi sucks with discontinuing their parts . I ordered the lc truggy pro kit and want to ask you how to obtain a motor mount like you have??
Thanks! The motor mount was taken from my other rc car Wltoys A959B, it was not a direct fit and I have to drill some holes on the chassis.

i thought that was 1/12 scale ..looks like same chassis as the wltoys purple buggy??? very cool setup,looks expensive... does that car stock handle better then wltoy purple buggy or about the same if wheels and height is same adjustment??? i know it cost 3 times the price as purple buggy thats selling as low as $112 on ebay...thanks for sharing
Yes, this Truggy is considered as 1/12 scale but it is exactly same size as the Wltoys 124019, and they handle the same ... about the price, this one was not very expensive because I got the KIT and assembled it myself and then added the electronics. Thanks for watching ! 👍

@@roadstar499 mine came unpainted, and all the necessary items of the Truggy came in with the KIT, except the electronics ( ESC,motor,tx & rx)

Your rear diff outdrive cups must be completely eaten through by the dogbones. I ran mine stock with 3s and it did that already. How did yours managed to survive?

one last question...does that roller kit need any other washers etc to get it tweaked just right..or do they give you everything?? what is the average time required to build that roller before adding motor etc? over 10 hours?? its been many years since i built any car kits....did it come with that body and parts to mount it??...again i love this super tight clean setup...
all the required items were provided except Electronics ... I dont remember exactly how long it took me to assemble it ( maybe 2-4 hours?) , but it´s quite easy if you already have a background in rc cars. Thanks for your support to this channel 👍

@@roadstar499 these rc cars (Wltoys & LC Racing ) are quite simple and easier to assemble compared to other brands ... I got a WPL Crawler kit now, and it is much more difficult for me to assemble
@@RcModwerks23 for all the battery u have tried, which one is good for driving on road? I mean, last about an hour maybe or less. 3s battery especially.
@@santejehaqngmburimu5169 I think there is no lipo battery that can even get close to 1 hour driving time in this rc car ... If you are concerned about the runtime duration then use a 2838 brushless motor with low kv (approx. 3000-5300 kv only) and should never drive it full throttle ...FYI, I am using 2200 mAh lipos and they only last for few minutes in my speed runs.
Theres no issue on motor when using 3s/4s?i read the spec of 5200kv is 9.6v max voltage
It is a common practice of some speedrunners to use more volts than the motor specs ... you only need to watch the temps after every run.
I have a lc12b1 with a castle mamba x with a 1406 motor trying to get numbers my fastest was 78mhp till a wheel but want to come off then fixed then broke a hub carrier doing 64 will try again this weekend just upgraded to aluminum chub and knuckles I’m on fb you like one of my pic👍🏾👍🏾
Yes, you have a nice speed run build with some expensive electronics ... Im keen to see if you can hit +100 mph with that setup 👍

What 48p pinion is that? Is it about 35 t?
I did with 3650 2200 kv 35t pinion 59 mph on 4s on grass, and im having problems with overheating.. Should i buy 3670 2400 kv motor and Will it run colder? Or Will it overheat more due to the weight and more kv
Putting more weight and higher kv motor will not solve the issue, better try a smaller pinion or run using 3s only instead of 4s

Yes you can use it, but you need to modify the motor mount due the larger diameter of the motor.
