his sketch map of fungal wastes is missing all of mantis village, and iirc he explicitly says he wasnt able to go there bc the mantises were fiercely territorial. so as fun as it wouldve been, he probably took a different route to deepnest

I guess it depends on how used you're to that style of platforming, I love games like super meat boy so it was reasonable for me, on the other hand even bosses that were "easy" were handing my ass on a platter.
You know, hollow knight was one of my first platforms in this style, and it wasn't too bad. I didn't realize I had actually done path of pain until a month after I finished it
