Ear Bites: Ear Wax - How to remove it using Olive Oil

- Nurse Lesley carefully explains how to use olive oil to remove ear wax building up in her ears. Remember it might be cheaper to use olive oil from your kitchen and get a dropper from your local chemist! You can use olive oil in this manner on a weekly basis for the long-term cleaning/care of your ears. Never put cotton buds (or anything similar) in your ears!

Awwww... Her little smile at the end was worth watching the whole vid for.
The lady's smile at the end is so joyful :)
I like this nurse, very kind.
@TheCleaner001 Thank you for your comment. Olive oil is still a popular choice for several reasons 1) Readily available at low cost without needing to see a doctor 2) Less side effects then Bicarbonate drops, which can irritate your ear 3) Even if use it and do not have wax, it helps act as a moisturiser to prevent itchy, dry skin in your ear. However if you do not see any improvement after using olive oil for several days, then you should see your doctor to consider further treatment options.
She seems very nice
how sweet that nurse/doctor was!!!!!!Looked very benevolent:)))))
Thank you for showing how it is done, and not just saying how to do it :)
just make sure its plain olive oil. not chille lol
Anyone else felt like they needed to put the volume up on this vid? #irony
Maybe u need to put some olive oil in the ears haha jk.
Haha jk no I felt the some way but I needed olive oil my ears have been bugging me for awhile now
So they post it with an inadequate volume; as if we didn't have an ear problem already? Life is a challenge. Still, it's good advice! ;-D)
Its probably because the people who view this video have ear wax and have a hard time hearing.
I am starting to get a dull pain in my left ear after adding olive oil drops in it ( oil was room temp )
what a nice nurse!
I have some olive oil ear wax drops. I want to stop my ears from itching and being clogged with ear wax.
@bxxder2008 Yes, ear wax can be protective. If it is not causing you any problems, it can be left alone.
I can't freaking hear outta my right ear lol I have this annoying fuzzy sound in it.. I was at the drs other week for a check up and shes like "oh u have lotta ear wax in here".. But I could hear fine and evertyhing and all sudden I woke up today and I'm like deaf in my right ear.. She told me to use mineral oil whatever that is don't have that so I'm going to try this olive oil method.
Does the kind of oil really matter? I've heard baby oil can be used too, but how about cheap vegetable oil? Does hydrogen peroxide do a better job than oil?
But the question is, Will it blend ?
she's so niiiiiice, I like her. u can feel she's sweet, even from my place wich is morocco lol
Good info, thanks!
Morning? I don't have to rub the ears. I can poke the olive oil down with a sausage when I cooked them for breakfast.
