    No shoes cause my arches to collapse! 😢 For people who have a sitting job, and you're over 30, I think you better wear shoes.

      As long as you have not had a sedentary life. You might need to do weights or water exercise first. Or physiotherapy. Rebounding not a suitablw starting point for everyone.​@@themixfitnessstudios
