Balance Bar for Bounce ( Rebounding )!
Using the bar during trampoline class is what we recommend when you first start! Many end up barely using it but it gives you sense of comfort as you are getting used to the feel of bounce. It's not scary! It is so fun! Plus it feels really good on your body!
-Intro/Open Bounce Wednesdays at 11:30am
-Bounce 1 on Fridays at 6:15am / Saturdays at 10am / Wednesdays at 9:30am & 5:30pm
-Bounce 1 & Burn (we add some strength training intervals off the tramp) Mondays at 5:30pm

    No shoes cause my arches to collapse! 😢 For people who have a sitting job, and you're over 30, I think you better wear shoes.

      As long as you have not had a sedentary life. You might need to do weights or water exercise first. Or physiotherapy. Rebounding not a suitablw starting point for everyone.​@@themixfitnessstudios
