EVH Chinese Knock Off

The $200.00 EVH knock off from China. A pretty faithful replica. The only thing... They didn't feel in the sides of the guitar. So I will get to do a little bit of what Eddie Van Halen did. Get Red and Black tape and fill it in. A cool little project.

I personally prefer the Black and White striped guitar since that guitar was featured and played on the first VH debut album.

How did it sound and how was the build for the price?

The build for the price seemed pretty good. It is hefty. They did not Fill in the sides. I will tape that up myself. The strings were very loose. I've tightened them up. Have not played it yet. I'm not a real guitarist. I creat riffs for my electronic music I compose. It is very fun coming up with new tones. Hope that helps.

Aren’t all Frankensteins knock offs though? I’ve seen COUNTLESS people make their own because the EVH ones are super expensive, especially the first ones that came out at $25000 a pop.

@@oengland28 U might have a point there. Some are not officially sanctioned. The quality is another topic of discussion. But I suck at guitar. Not a big deal. Also Price.
