According to the builder based on the size, anchors were not required. Plus, so much heavy stuff inside, I doubt it’s going anywhere. But very happy with it.

How do they fix the wood floor down to the metal frame or is the wooden floor just sitting on top?
Our crew used metal fasteners through the footers into the metal frame.
No anchors to the ground???!!!!🫣

Did you decide to paint the bottom metal trim base? or cover it?
I did not and one year later, it still looks good. It would be easy to do either, but it looks okay for where this one is.
