The fact this band isn't more well known is *BLASPEMY!!!!*
Very underrated unknown band, I love the bark of the vocals, the riffs, bass, drumming it’s all fantastic
Blasphemy....or were you going for blaspermy? This disc is dope.
Criminally overlooked band. One of the best bass sounds I’ve ever heard from 90’s dm
OK i'll say it: the bass mixing is on point here.
Everything is
The bass sound is so good it makes it difficult to enjoy their other albums... IMO. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
He was also playing a very nice Yamaha bass too. They have this particular tone. Sinister diabolical summoning there bassist used the same one. They sound a lot a like
@@charlesclark4475 kudos to the Sinister mention! You listen to Neocaesar? If not, please do. It's Sinister. Mike and Bart.
When they did a reissue called Prey for the Sentencing, they also remastered the album so the drums don't have so much echo
Doesn't get any more BRUTAL and PISSED! Full on ferocity. Equal to the debut!! Solstice are among the GREAT!!!
2 songs in and I’m thinking damn I slept on this album. I was too busy listening to their self titled album with Rob Barrett
oldschool dirty sound. Solstice, Demolition Hammer, Malevolent creation fucking headbanging
Абсолютно с тобой согласен, мой англоязычный брат! Это старая школа!
Thanks for Demolition Hammer!!! Ахуенная группа , я не слышал ее раньше.
@@user-kw2xc8hn4d я тоже случайно нашел, альбом класс!

Thanks for timestamps🤘
10 seconds into the first song and I can already tell this is right up my alley. Sick drumming, aggressive barking vocals and the bass 😍🤌
This is one hell of an album indeed. I'm glad I got to discover it.
Pretty brutal...like a variation of Malevolent Creation
I used to listen Solstice back in the 90’s...And I used to say that they were ahead of their time ....
Such a great sound ...🤘🏼
this is awesome. killer riffs etc
🤘 Oldschool Death Metal ❤💯
The Unseen,Denial and Pray are the best tracks for me.Overall,it’s a ground breaking album with fierceful aggression, ripping riffs and pounding baseline. One of the greats!!
This is awesome I never even heard of this band before
Malevolent Creation!!!
1. The Unseen
The ghost of god
Sucking the breath from my lungs
I fear, I dream
I convulse in pain the unseen
Not yet reborn
Still separated
Breathless I lay
Thought has left my mind
Death has been refined
Lungs have ceased to breath
Dead I'm forced to be
Tension and fear
Grips me through my punishment
I fall condemned
Forced into uncertainty
Memory fades
Life is sucked away
Torturing pain
Collapsed my chest remains
Down on my knees
I pray to be relieved
Choking on blood
Eyes rolled back I'm dead
2. Denial
Mind explodes, pressure you can't take
Everybody goes by, closer to point break
Everywhere you look
Everyone turns on you
On the verge of ending
All existence made of hate
Embellished insight
In the light of frenzied life
Distant inner fear resides
Rising up through denial
Complicate
Aggravate
Asphyxiate
Desolate
Separate
My altered state
Dizziness
Binding sense
More complex
Thoughts obsessed
False pretense
Perplexing stress
Punishment
Detriment
Torn apart
3. Pray
New found evidence
Apparent disbelief
Brothers in faith
Without a God
Purity now corrupt
Messiah laid to rest
Dead in the public eye
Dispel the faith of human kind
Tear the heart of being
The light everlasting
Faith is proven failure
Annihilate the savior
Deviate the maker
The world is cast aside
Pray
Wisdom falls to science
And burns in his defiance
Faith is proven failure
Annihilate the savior
Deviate the maker
The world is cast aside
Pray
4. All Life Lost
Pain inside you can't release
Try and try but won't succeed
Inner virus eats away
Life's a struggle you die a slave
Motionless you lie in pain
For yourself wishing death
Now these days you waste away
Pray to God you deteriorate
You've seen the end closer and closer
Too late, but now you comprehend
You have lived a lie, hating yourself
To late for you to realize
The pain you've cause
To those around you
On your knees beg for forgiveness
Now you plead with no hope at all
Body destroyed worthless you are to yourself
All of life is lost now you repent
Internally mind still intact
The misery eats you away inside
5. Freedom Denied
Mind so gone
The existence of your thought are dead
Individualism is a lie
Forced acceptance of a false sense of price
Consciousness
Misguided heads
Open minds have fallen dead
Blinding lights
Freedom died
Lies
Obscured views
Plants the seed inside the youth
Rejected being
Spawn recedes - denied esteem
Hideously
Victim to the machine
Blame I realize
Freedom has died
Upset by pride
Freedom denied
Disassembles feelings
Turn to face hypocrisy
Torn beings
Left to swell, suffer beneath
The remains
Our society so lost
To machines
6. Closeminded Failure
Censored waves distort my ears
Limiting the general population
Gripping the mind molding the view
Experimental machinery
Bass like the fucken Bleeding by Cannibal Corpse hell yeah up the bass more albums should be recorded like this not hiding under wall of guitars playing the exact same notes
Mud up the fucken mix I want some bass dammit! 🤘
I like both mixes, but this one is better to my ears. The vocals stick out in the mix properly. In the other mix, the vocals seem to have been turned down a bit. And of course, the BASS! Honestly I think it came out right the first time.
This band is dope🤘there work are gold🤘great musicians,great riffs🤘love it🖤
OMG THAT FUCKING BASS
This one reminds me a lot of Demolition Hammer, the same vibes
I read that Derek Sykes and Steve reynolds from Demolition Hammer partially wrote the song eyes see red
BGB IG yes. it was leftover Time Bomb material.
Only demolition hammer is a lot better.
Absolutely Epidemic of Violence is insane
@@user-pf7qg9lc6p Nah this is way better than demolition hammer, way heavier, faster, and just overall more aggressive. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Wow how have I never heard of this band this is fucking killer
Alex Marquez (X-Malevolent Creation)drummer brought me here. This isn't far off from them either. Nice. Also check out Create A Kill with him playing on it, Slayer Meet Exodus.
Thanks for the hint. Create To Kill sound killerbee!
Hateplow
masterpiece album 🤘🏼
Ese sonido de violas bien de los años 90' es lo mejor que le pasó al metal la puta madre
THANK YOU ! 🤘
VIOLENT HEADBANGING
Rare as fk album, proud owner of this goliath even if it did cost me $50.
Solstice é brutal death não conhecia ,conheci através do meu irmão ,mas conhecia bandas como napalm , obituary e conheci suffocation ... Amorphis Doom death arrastado.
Fave all the time!
sick..great album..bass very shredd my skin
This is what it means to be heavy
so good
Best album,
The best motherfucking metalhead on the planet
sick!!!!
Good ,khoob
🤘🤘
Sounds a lot like Retribution by Malevolent creation.
Sounds like Exodus Went to hell; Infectious aggression!
Old School motherfuckers, old school
Fuck this album hits hard
karipunait
That bass reminds me of cannibal corpse
Holy shit they do sound alike
Alex has a more technical style then what’s played on this album but yeah I can kinda see the similarities in tone between this record and Tomb Of The Mutilated
Rob from cannibal corpse use to be in the band.
Why is Pearl Jam on the recommended videos on the right? Lol
Reminds me some riffs of pantera
E porra essas. Bandas aí é dark, na minha opinião que nem o segundo álbum do metal church ó sou brasileiro do rio.
Very angry and all the right stuff.
Except great song writing/ riffs.
Its still good, but it drowns in a sea of great band's.
Show me another band with baselines like these, mixed like this
Very groovy, the riffs sound like something from cowboys from hell
"All Life Lost" is the only song here that has a riff even slightly close to a Pantera-esque one, though it's used way more tastefully and only makes up a small percentage of the song.
@@SuperWoodgod yeah, well, that's just like, your opinion, man
It's a little more thrash tho in my opinion
Pantera!? Fuck that. NO.
@@SuperWoodgod Yeah thast right ALL life lost hast the vibe, and feeling.
Cok guzel ama birseyler eksik
deicide legion )))
who is the vocal
Christian Rudes
reminds me Ryan Taylor
I don't think so. i believe that Barrett only took care of vocal duties on the band's debut.
Even though Rob Barrett started Solstice. I think once he joined Cannibal Corpse in 1993. I believe he had to stick with Cannibal at the time.
Look up big iron tierra del diablo
bizon gibi
Production is a shame. Time for re-release
Production is the charm
