Those vans will run forever too. I worked a carpet cleaning job for a summer a lifetime ago. Had a fleet of these chevys. The least amount of miles on them was one van with 350,000 miles on it. No bs, they had some with 700,000
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash oh I'm sure you'll figure out how to deal with it! Motivational, bro. I'm just doing this on the side for some extra money with a little 4x5 trailer and 4gpms. Keep crushing it, sir!
I’d like to see you your plumbing is for the Down streamer with the gf blend valves. I got a downstream injector that just drop in a bucket and it pulls but was curious how you have it plumbed with the washer where you use the mixing valve also
I dont hook up my downstream to my gf valve. I got videos on how it's hooked up. Just the same way you drop it in the bucket instead I drop mine into my sh tank. ua-cam.com/video/5X1iuM3Bxf0/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/a__en_cDhRE/v-deo.html
Man love you content and channel. I’m new to pressure washing. Working on building my van rig, is it possible you could Create a diagram/drawing on how you connected everything?
Love your videos! Is the 125gal tank sufficient for the 8gpm? Does it struggle to stay full? I’m using a 4gpm and want to upgrade to 8. Want to make sure I get the right size tank. Thanks!
Thanks. It's plenty enough it's not a case of how big the tank is. It's more so the flow from the house. You could technically get away with a 100gal tank if the homes you're working with has good flow.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Forgive my ignorance, but do you drill through the floor and into open air under the van, then bolt that end of the nut? I haven't looked at a van floor and undercarriage up close. I assumed there was some sort of thick panel/insulation/etc and wiring etc.
@SlowDriverSean if course you have to measure where you are drilling to so you don't drill through wires or your gas tank. That would be a bad day. But there isn't a plate stopping your drill. Just make sure the area you're drilling is clear
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thank you! Can you go into more details about your process for this? Was it just an air hose to the outside? What other pieces did you use? How did you fill your chem tank in the van?
@DerrickHallRealEstate I used a uniseal with a 1/2 inch hose through it then drilled a hole on the floor of the van and pushed the other end of the hose through it. I fill the tank by opening it and putting the hose from the chlorine store in it
If you don't have enough flow then your pump will cavitate ans not pull water therefore no water pressure. It will sputter ans shoot out air. That's why it's good to have a buffer tank even If it's 35-50 gallons
Hey Cliff another great video thanks. I wanted to ask you something. I'm in south Florida and I've been asked by a president of association to give a bid on a yearly contract to wash 700 2000srf barrel tile roofs. Please help me with pricing bid. I'm new to the industry. I am nervous as hell I ain't gonna lie lol. I don't want to over bid and I don't want to cut anyone's throat either ? Yes it's a huge account for a new guy but I don't want to pass it up either.
Congratulations on the opportunity. Hope you can land it. Here is the formula I use for roof cleaning. You're gonna have to find out your market roof cleaning prices. ua-cam.com/video/FzKZb0Hlcs8/v-deo.html
@MegaTuang cons - breakdowns puts you out of work, limited water transportation, small footprint, Pros - easy to get in and out of traffic, equipment is protected from the elements and theft, compact and effective.

Woah!!! This one has almost 200k miles and rides so smooth. I'm gonna have to get used to that diesel truck 🚚 lol

Congratulations 🎉🍾🎈
On your new rig.
I’ve loved watching this come together.
Stay busy and safe my friend.

Rarely comment on your videos but I'm always watching! Can't wait to see your new rig in action!! Hard work pays off 💸🤑
Thanks a lot for chiming in 💯💪🏾
I learn the most from your vids bruv. Thank you 🙏
Thanks for the love ❤️
Cliff always organized.
Thanks Marshie
Congrats on the new rig!
Thank you
You gonna miss you van but you gonna love your new rig
You're right my guy!
Nice rig Bro
Thanks Perry
Good stuff!
Thanks Craig
Nice set up.Have you ever checked the sheet metal at the end of vent that runs from the SH tank to see if the fumes were causing any damage?
Yes it was fine as the tube led to outside open air.
Very helpful! Thank you.
You're welcome

I suck at drawing and making diagrams and the van is gone now 😭
Oh no, not the van 🥺
Wish you all the best with the new truck.
Thanks. It's a nice upgrade especially for commercial jobs
I like the new rig! I am currently building mine. Do you have to vent all your tanks or just your water tank? Thanks Bro and keep the content rolling.
Thanks. No just the sh tank needs to be vented. Not the water tank.
Your setup is a certified $ maker as is.. you gone kill em with the big rig. Get that 💰 Cliff!
Most definitely my brother. You said it right

Thanks Cliff that was my question. Lol 😂. Your the man 💯
Nice build! Maybe I missed it, but how are things bolted to the floor? I've never had a work van before but am looking to do a build like this.
Just bolts , washers and nuts through the floor.

How did you deal with ventilation with the van setup?
I vented my sh tank with a hose that went through the floor so the fumes goes outside.

Hey Cliff, what happens if you direct feed a 4gpm machine and its not enough flow? Does the pressure come and go out of your wand?
If you don't have enough flow then your pump will cavitate ans not pull water therefore no water pressure. It will sputter ans shoot out air. That's why it's good to have a buffer tank even If it's 35-50 gallons

What’s the updated condition now?
The van is fine. I actually upgraded to a new rig.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWashCan you provide your pros and cons on Truck vs Van?
I have used a truck for two years and plan to get on the van.
@MegaTuang cons - breakdowns puts you out of work, limited water transportation, small footprint,
Pros - easy to get in and out of traffic, equipment is protected from the elements and theft, compact and effective.

Thanks D!
Gm just a average of how much 1 1/2 non collapsible hose you think you used if you don’t mind me asking
For my little setup? It's no a long reach to the buffer tank so I probably used 7-8ft max to hook it up
Thanks 🙏🏾,May GOD KEEP BLESSING YOU AND YOU FAMILY BRO🙏🏾

My brotha!!! Thanks
Is there anyway I can call and pick your brain about a van set up? I can trade information by letting you know tax strategies you are not using.
I appreciate the offer but I have a tax team setup already. I've been with my CPA since 2005 lol. What's your question?
